You cannot advertise that you are open on public holidays at certain times and then not even show up at said times on New years Day (1 Jan, which is a public holiday). I am highly irritated by this incompetence. And then you advertise an emergency cellphone number that customers must use if after hours. I try and call that cellphone number 5 times and it doesn't even bother to ring before telling me that "this number is unavailable".

This is poor to the extreme, and completely unprofessional. I am seriously pissed off.

These Drs are SO caring, I had to have my cat put down, she had cancer They explained everything to me very clearly and put my mind at ease about my decision. I have never met a more caring Dr in my life. This is the ONLY vet I will take my pets to from now on.
