My dog was in a fight with another dog and she needed stitches. I told the receptionist that. 10 seconds later the phone rings, she cuts me off mid sentence, answers the phone and proceeds to talk to a person from FNB for 5 minutes while I took a seat with my bleeding Beagle on my lap. Only to tell me that the vet is in surgery. I found that extremely disrespectful. Isn’t your business about the animals? YOU WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE SEEING US AGAIN!

Dr Khosta was amazing with my little puppy!! So knowledgeable and so compassionate. My new favorite. Will definitely make this my new vet for my little one
