I had multiple family members from the US stay with this hotel at different points over a week. Each check in seemed more time consuming and difficult than the one before even though everything was arranged weeks before. The rooms were very nice but after this embarrassing experience of 8 different people having difficulty, I'm not sure I would bring family back there. The breakfast was also gross.

Food was delicious, service was great and the free Wifi actually worked. Rooms are modern and clean, the staff is friendly and helpfull. I liked the whole setup of the place as uve got shops in the building so its convenient. I really enjoyed my stay and will be recommending this place.

This is a beautiful suit to be in. Located deep in the suburbs of Fairmount. Has the nicest view of the suburbs. Everything you need is on the first floor

I paid a visit to the Bistro restaurant and I loved the staff service and friendliness. If you are looking for a quiet and intimate atmosphere then this is place to go too.

Lovely place. Comfortable rooms. Great for a weekend. There are shops right here, which is super convenient, as we as a couple of restaurants and a post office. Great for work and for play!

Convenient, comfortable rooms. Very clean with friendly and helpful staff. Great to be able to shop at Woolies or pnp and the printer was a great bonus. Never had far to go for my printing needs.
The Phat Larry restaurant was also a fabulous contribution with friendly and kind staff. Breakfast was an excellent buffet, not to much but adequate choice daily. My fav was the lattes. Made very good cups.response / report this review -

Feels Like Home! I couldn’t have picked a better place to spend my days off from being a tourist. Checkin was easy. The décor in my one bedroom suite is hip and comfortable. The layout of the apartment is great with exception to the bathroom, but even with the weird layout of the bathroom it is functional. I love having a balcony to sit out and enjoy the nice weather that I’ve had the last couple of days. I can watch the sunrise if I get up early enough. The view is nice if I look past the little shopping strip directly behind me. I see nothing but tree’s and buildings in the distance. The purple trees are really nice. The building has a PicNPay and a Woolworths grocery so it’s easy to get any supplies you may need. There is also a Bistro, Bar & Pizza place associated with the hotel. My first food experience was not great from a service perspective but the food did taste really good once I got it all sorted out. I ordered my steak Medium Well but somehow it came out to me RED. I ordered a baked potato and side salad but the guy made a mistake and ordered the mixed vegetables. I figured I would take a break from that and I tried Phat Larry’s pizza the next day. That was pretty good and I was able to eat on it for a couple of days. I would stay here again.

Is a full loaded Quality serviced place for maximum comfort, suited at the heart of Johannesburg. Cool and interesting environment that makes it very unique.

Well situated - close to city centre (20 mins roughly) and has shopping facilities within the complex. Our room was impeccably neat and very chic. Spacious and comfortable with the bathrooms being clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Had a very good experience
