  Only descent hotel in braamfontein that's accessible and far from noise of clubs and bars surrounding the area. Parking available. Bar and restaurant is also in there.

  Ok for the price, the breakfast is good. They couldn't find our safe key though. Other than that it's worth the price if you need to be in the city.

  Booked for 5 nights. All our problems with not working TV to the room key was sorted out. Location is tops.
  
  Near Wits university where we needed to be. Plenty of eating places near by. Parking safe. Accommodation is cheap by SA standards and half the price we would pay elsewhere. Look the hotel is old but it is clean, neat and value for money. It is being upgraded so no sleeping late.
  
  An update. Just ate in the bar as the restaurant is being refurbished. My oh my what a surprise. We ordered steak egg and did not want the chip and ordered a side salad instead. I give the chef 10 out of 10. Locals and visitors come and eat here. The side salad was huge and we could not finish it. Had all the correct ingredients from feta to olives. Plus the prices are very good. Why have I been eating elsewhere?
