Prices you can't beat and they quite effective in terms of what they can get you and still be under priced then any other place. It's a warehouse thou so don't expect a showroom to see what you buying. Do research n have a look online on what you want then place order afterwards.

The Sunderland Ridge branch is not a shop that is open to the public, it would have been good to know before I drove there.

Not a good experience at all! I placed an order which took them over three weeks to confirm stock of which I had to call to find out status. Two of the three items arrived one of which was not as shown on the webpage. The remaining items is yet to be delivered and it has now coming on 6 weeks. Unacceptable! I have phoned on numerous occasions with empty promises they will phone back to inform me of status. Having said this there prices are generally good. Maybe this is a once off because others who have reviewed have been happy although possibly filtered.
