Good menu.The offer gluten free pasta which is great but on my visit they didn't cook it correctly - all hard. Otherwise it's a lovely restaurant and kid friendly.

What an experience. We were a big table and the staff really did so well. The food was delicious and the pricing was good. Service was really really great. Waiters and management really did a great job for a Friday night. For big bookings, there's a room that can closer off, I actually can't believe how great the service was, probably my best experience with a big table at a restaurant. Well done

Coffee is strong and flavourful.
Decor, seating and atmosphere is very pleasant and modern.
Service has always been spot on, always getting things right first time, professional and friendly.
The food cost of on the higher end, but in line with quantity and quality.
Outdoor seating is wonderful.
Awesome food choices and variety.

Amazing variety of dishes to choose from and very eclectic. It was busy on a Friday night but there was a good vibe with a younger crowd. We waited a bit long for our drinks and food but everything else was great. Doppio Zero is definitely one of my favourite restaurant chains.

Doppio Zero at Southdowns is a real gem. The restaurant is always buzzing, and most of the waiters are really friendly. The menu is incredible, with loads of options for vegans, vegetarians, and meat lovers. Every single meal on the menu is delicious and reasonably priced. The store also has a bakery as well as a massive craft beer selection. Great for dining with friends or family. A must visit. 🍕

Service was very slow. Crumpets were like bricks. Toilet in the ladies not working, when reported reaction was shoulder lift. The other meal was good as was our waiter

I always enjoy Doppio but today's service was really poor. No attention from the waiter. And when we wanted to pay we had to ask three different people including the manager over 30 minutes and still got no bill. Eventually we walked out and that got there attention.

There was a nice fireplace going. They also close off quite a big portion of the porch and kept it cozy with outside heaters. Our food was lovely and never struggled to find our waiter. Gelato on site..and a lovely bakery. Great pizzas

I visited this restaurant on Sunday 12 February 2017. The food was devine, the service however was not great at all. We had to ask the waiter for everything! I was so disappointed i did not even tip him a cent.
Well, because the food was delicious we decided to visit again on Thursday 16 February 2017. I ordered the same meal (Salmon and salad). The salad was completely different and not what i had on sunnday. i asked the waiter (Kevin G) he said OH:-(
I ordered Cuppucino, he brought it luke warm and i returned it. To my shock, he brought the same saucer and the dirty teaspoon used on the
returned drink:-(
In my opinion the management needs to invest on customer service and attention to detail on the front line staff.
Customer service needs improvement.

i prefer this place for dining rather than for lunch. service and food quality are good.
