I recently have had the absolute pleasure of buying a new washing machine at this store and was blown away by the friendliest, helpful and attentive sales people in South Africa. Not only was the sales person, PW very knowledgeable about their products, he and his colleagues went out of their way and delivered the new washing machine within an hour during their lunch break. I have not seen this type of service in a very long time. I have always kept my appliances running through their spares parts division, but from now on I will also buy all my new appliances through them. Great price, excellent service and an extensive range of products!

After coming out to 'fix' my oven, it still didn't work. When I called to complain I spoke to the rudest and worst customer service person in history who threatened to charge me because 'I must have done something to the stove. She refused to put me through to the manager and kept putting me on hold to take other calls. I had to call back and speak to someone else to get to the manager who organised for them to collect my oven the same day. He never apologised once. They arrived at my door with no warning to bring the oven back. The problem was they had damaged wires while trying to re-fit my oven. They had apparently tested it and it works.
It has taken me 2 hours to cook dinner. Oven is now not getting up to temperature.
I will never use this useless company ever again!

We asked a sales rep (JP) to give us a price on repairing a Deep fry appliance. We were happy note that it was fairly good and in response gave them two more to fix. A testing fee was paid per item and one item was marked as urgent. Shortly after this a much higher fee was given per item(more than a new one) and we were sent from pillar to post. The rep did not want us to consult with senior personnel and flatly denied that we were given this price. Consequently we will have to buy new items and we are out of pocket for the inspection fee.

Their repair center told me that they need to change the pump and motor of my dishwasher. I took the dishwasher to Samsung because the motor had a 10yr guarantee. Samsung could not find any fault with the motor, they changed the pump and the dishwasher is now 100%. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Worst ever experience. Fridge returned 5 times at own cost and still not fixed.
They refuse to collect and return items even u der warantee.
Stay away. At this rate a brand new fridge would have been a cheaper option.
