It was our first time visiting Durban and the treatment we got at 305 made me and my fiancée fall in love all over again. I couldn’t go another second without proposing to her and the feeling was sparked by the warm and loving hospitality we got spoiled with. 305 is definitely a better home away from home. You guys are doing a great job and I pray that God bless you in all your business adventures. I’m already saving up to come see you soon. 😍

The staff at reception is friendly and very helpfull, the rooms are well kept and very beautiful. I enjoyed breakfast in the morning but the fruit salads could be covered to avoid flies, otherwise its good. And that beach view will always bring me back here.

Definitely not a first choice requested a room with a sea view which we did not get regardless the booking pre-requisite. No swimmingpool. Not much to do for kids.

305 Guesthouse AKA 305 Ipahla Guesthouse. Great place to stay with great amenities. New changes and more sea view rooms. Food is great and considering the cost - you really have more than your moneys worth!
