  I have received no response from rue21 regarding an issue. Calling customer service was utterly useless. No wonder all its stores kicked the bucket. Don't shop at rue21 stores or online.

  Horrible customer service. 8 out of 13 items ordered were never received and spent hours on the phone trying to get help and the rep was extremely rude. Never got anywhere and now I'm out over 100.00 and all I was told is that's how it's done around here. When I asked for a supervisor the girl said I will give them a message but they never call anyone back!!!! Who does this to people???

  Aweful got to store in muskogee,ok at 8:45 they are not supposed to close til nine wouldn't let me in. Doors locked rude employees horrible will never go back

  2nd Bad experience in this store.I took my under age daughter to shop there today at the Irving Texas location in the mall.The music was terrible.It was loud with bad language in every other song.It was N..this and B..this.I had to ask an associate to change it.She stated i am own my way to change it .Very next song started out with more curse words. My daughter came up to me and said please lets go I can not concentrate with all this bad music.That was so terrible. If you have any under age children please be aware where entering this store at location.
