They don't answer the phone, instead the voicemail asks you to go to some sketchy site that makes you create an account to make an appointment. So I did that for my husband. When he showed up, they said there was no appointment even though I had an email confirmation. They acted like they were doing him a huge favor and said they managed to squeeze him in with a different stylist. About an hour later, he walked out with the worst clipper cut I'ver ever seen.

I got an appointment at 3pm for5pm but i went there and they told me your appointment is 4:30 in our system. I told them its their mistake they even acknowledge that my appointment was for 5pm but they said sorry and didnt accept to cut my hair.

I did a walk in haircut and waited almost 2 hrs id expect a long wait if im a walk in but not if there havent been any other customers coming in except one person.
Finally got my haircut it was very meh but my hairdresser actually cut me with the scissors and i bled alittle, she didnt apologize just pretended like nothing happened and tried to play it off, im not an idiot i know you cut me! At least say sorry.response / report this review -

Great cuts. With hair cut price. You get free draft beer, hair washed, and neck shaved with hot shaving cream, pleasant relaxing experience.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. I have gave this place countless opportunities and they seem to always find a way to make it go downhill. out of 10+ haircuts I think I have had 3 good ones Get ready for lies, misunderstandings, and everything else. On that note they do a good buzz cut

Probably one of the worst haircuts I've ever received part of my hairline was shaved off and looks uneven didn't even notice till I got home. Also when I left there I didn't look presentable more like I had just woken up great customer service in terms of friendliness but some of the worst cuts you can get you're better off spending that money on a different place.

A good place to go for a high quality haircut!
I have received several haircuts from this location, over the course of a year or so. Each time I am provided a quality haircut, and am satisfied with the results.
The base price of a haircut includes a straight razor shave on the back of the neck, as well as a full shampoo and wash of your hair. This is the best part, as it washes away all the small itchy hairs you get after getting a fresh haircut.
Each time I've went, the wait is typically 5-10 minutes even with a reservation. The haircut takes between 15-20 minutes from my experience.
For only being a few dollars more than large nation chain hair salons, I think it is worth the extra perks.response / report this review
