Always in time, tech (Brad) is very professional and friendly. I’ve recommended Spectrum to many people. We use this company at our clubhouse.

I have nothing but praise for this company. They are friendly, professional and thorough. The technician asked me about any problem areas and emphasized to call if I had any tissues and he would be out to take care of them. Highly recommend.

I typically don’t do reviews but I needed to take the time out for this one. My dog had been bit out in my yard from either spiders or bees and had been taken to the emergency vet for care. They recommended we get pest control out so this doesn’t happen again. Went online and saw this company and I love supporting family/local businesses. Long story short, the guy on the phone answered all my questions and was so patient with me. They came out so quickly and gave me a window of 11-2 and they got here earlier which was perfect! Typically people are late but I was wowed at the start. I let the guy spraying know about my dog and he even sprayed my whole back yard for free that wasn’t included in my appointment because he didn’t want anything else to happen to my dogs. TALK ABOUT GOING THE SECOND MILE! Thank you so much for going above and beyond my expectations with this experience! Will make sure I tell everyone about this experience.

The owner Jim is a very nice man. He is professional and courteous. Frank was our pest control specialist and was very friendly, through, and accurate. He answered all of my questions and did a great job. My only criticism is the price. We paid about double the amount other companies are charging and the average treatment cost on Google. Apparently the product they use is far superior to other products on the market. So we shall see. Overall I am happy with Spectrum.

Just switched over little more than a month ago from a different service and so far so good. The team has been professional, courteous, on time, and friendly and more reasonably priced then our past servicer.
