Just got a 2014 truck a week ago test drive the truck seemed perfectly fine. Started making a noise so I took it up there to be looked at and now they are staying it needs new tires and brakes which will be 2000. When I test drive the truck it was dirty and just got there on a truck I don't think they even did a maintance check on it before selling it to me. I am very unhappy about this and now won't be able to drive it till tax time. Just make sure when you are getting a used car that they do a check on it before buying.

Kaleb and Tristan(I think was young man's name) did a great job in helping get into the car I absolutely wanted and made it easy and painless. Kaleb is a rockstar at multitasking as he was making things happen with 4 customers all at once and never once did I feel like I was getting less of an experience. Tristan met me outside before I talked to Kaleb and did a great job talking to me about the vehicles I looked at. He was honest as he was new with the company but he made sure I knew the answers to my questions. He has a bright future. I love my Trax and I loved the Sonic before it that I had when I was at this location about 3.5 years ago.

My first car there was a Charger in the buy here pay here. Loved the car. Then 2 years later wanted something else, so went back and got my Chevy Equinoxlove love love it!! The salesmen was so nice! Then got hit by a truck and back to them again, Rick Fort was so helpful. Got into a newer vehicle. Still has a remainder power train warranty! My neighbor asked me where I get my cars, so she will be visiting soon!

Our sales rep was perfectly fine. He was quick, polite, and efficient. However, when we got down to financial aspect of a trade in and potential purchase of a vehicle, well that’s when things took a turn for the worse. My husband and I have bought and traded more than 6 vehicles. We are knowledgeable and always do our research before beginning the treacherous slopes that are car dealerships. The first strike and indication of trying to scam us was The offer given to us for our vehicle; a complete joke. They told us that our vehicles dashboard was “lit up like a Christmas tree”. (We drive a fully loaded 2009 Tahoe LTZ for the sake of credibility). Not a single warning light is on or has ever been on. We take very good care of our vehicles. Outright lying to a customer assuming they don’t know any better was strike 2. I simply can not wrap my head around telling an outright lie to justify your terrible low ball offer. Strike 3 came in the form of the ‘offer’ (I use this term very lightly) for what they could do for us. They offered 1 vehicle, yes you read that correctly, 1 vehicle. A 2016 model with payments that were shockingly high. I actually took a deep breathe when he said the payment amount. At NO point did they try and work with us. They did not offer any other price for our trade in, they did not offer any other vehicle but the one, and they did not try and keep our business. They made up their minds to not do business with us at the point that we did not accept the extremely low ball and insulting offer for our trade in. We were polite and gracious and they simply did not want our business. It was clear in the little to no effort made by the financial team. I would not go there again nor would I recommend this business. Of the numerous places we have gone to around Indy looking at vehicles, this one was above and beyond the worst.

We had an awesome experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. This is the first time in my 62 years I totally enjoyed shopping for a car. Normally I would go at night after the dealership would close so I could avoid pushy salesmen. Then I would go back to the dealership that I was interested in purchasing a Car from. No one has compared to Ray Skillman Chevrolet. I will refer all of my friends and family to go to Ray Skillman.

My car was thoroughly serviced and washed in a very timely manner. Service Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. The coffee I had while waiting was a great bonus! I look forward to my next service date. Love the feeling of driving my car off the Ray Skillman Chevorlet lot knowing I am in a safe and clean car. Thanks to you all!!!

Your service department at I-74 and Post Rd is awesome! Greg Titchenell is the best man on your team! He goes out of his way every time I have my truck serviced. He should be recognized for his GREAT customer service! I tell anyone that goes up there to ask for Greg.

Well as I was looking for trucks that are hard to find, I came across a chevy 2500 diesel crew cab that was advertised on their website, as I'm well over an hour away I inquired about it. I received multiple emails, phone calls, and text messages about said truck and my current truck for trade in. I decided to drive down after the salesman said everything was good. When I arrived and met with a salesman with poor attitude, I was informed that the truck was sold. So after meeting with a manager, who was much better than the first guy, we went thru multiple trucks trying to find one that met my specs but nothing. I decided to leave and I was driving out I seen something that peeked my interest. I test drove it but didn't qualify, my fault, but was then informed by ANOTHER salesman the following day I got approved for a very similar truck just $2000 difference and when your talking over $25000. Doesn't make since and honestly felt like i was being forced into a different truck after the mix up with the truck I truly wanted. All said my and my wife's credit got hit, time wasted, and a poor experience besides the nice manager.

Let's see and I quote "the reason for the $2000 markup is mostly from the $300 tire detail job". Other gems include " There is no way that car is leaking oil(oil is dripping down hand after looking in engine). Can't speak for new but used there is garbage and a 100% scam.

To make a long story short.. I saw the vehicle I wanted online, called in to get pre approved, test drove, asked the salesmen about the check engine light &was told it was a small switch.. a simple fix. Taking his word and assuming I could fix it myself but, after I signed the "as is" contact & ran a diagnostic myself discovered the car was dangerous to drive with over 1000 worth of repairs. Took it back with the diagnostic results. They gave me a loner in the mean time (that was nice) then, called me with prices. As a dealer I know you service all your inventory. The initial experience was great. They were very nice but, rushed witj it being 6 at night. I have mixed feeling about my experience. I almost feel taken advantage of being a female. Following proper protocol investigating why the engine light was on and being trustworthy of a lie and having to put MORE money into the vehicle.
