From the very 1st call I had a great experience with the helpful staff at Ray Skillman Westside Auto Mall. Once I arrived, Caleb Hafley did an excellent job of introducing me to the vehicle I was interested in. He was knowledgeable of the model and honest with its short comings. I told him how much I was willing to pay for the car and he made it happen without any haggling. Of course, only time will tell if the car holds up. However, the experience of purchasing the vehicle was about as painless and easy as it gets. Thanks to Caleb and the rest of the staff I would highly recommend Ray Skillman!

A most pleasant experience, Caleb and JR were the best. It was obvious to us that they were happy to be working Ray Skillman Mazda and were professional and accommodating at the same time. Drew worked his magic to get us into more vehicle then we had hoped for at great price. Finance was a breeze and we would recommend Ray Skillman Mazda to anyone looking to buy a new or affordable used Mazda.

I recently purchased a 2018 Mazda 3 Hatchback GT from Ray Skillman and the experience was outstanding! I consider myself a "hard to please customer" :-) , I do my homework and shop dealerships for the vehicle I want, always looking for the best price and quality service.
This is 3rd automobile I have purchased from Ray Skillman is the past 5 years, and each time they give me the best terms with a no hassle/friendly experience. Do yourself a favor and check them out!

I never met a more friendlier staff. My wife and I would like to thank Jared, who showed us our vehicle. I never met someone who was more enthusiastic to show you the car you want. He genuinely wanted us to be satisfied. And he wasn't even the salesman. We'd also like to thank the salesman Derek who was personable and to the point. Madison, finance manager for her honesty and welcoming personality. Last, but not least, Lorne, sales manager, who was tasked with putting my wants and needs into action. I definitely will recommend anyone to go here!

I wanted to take this time to show my appreciation to Caleb for being very professional, knowledgeable, patient , and honest with helping me make a decision on my vehicle this past weekend. I enjoyed the time we took on the test drive getting to know the car. I love my car and I think I made a great decision driving away with the help from Caleb. I also want to give a special thanks to Tim, the finance manager, for researching and finding the best warranty for me. He also made the process quick and easy. Aside from having a really awesome sales guy, I wasn’t the happiest with my experience with Ray Skillman all together. I had gotten to the dealership at 615 after being there for two hours the night before and sat there until 9pm. I was thankful they let me drive it home the first night, but it was also dark and I couldn’t really check it out. So I had to drive it back the next day after work, still not really able to give it a complete look around. During the three hours I was there the second time, a lady was upset and cussing in the lobby which seemed to be everyone’s top priority, while I just sat there. Again, it was dark and I still hadn’t had a chance to fully look over the car. Well, I FINALLY saw someone at 9:15 to be told that I needed a decent sized down payment, which was never relayed to me prior and it was already late and I didn’t really have an option to get home. While I was trying to get it all figured out, there was three people in the adjoining office yelling which was even more unprofessional. During this mess, the finance guy said he would “try to figure something out with the down payment”, left the room and came back and didn’t say anything aside from asking if I had the money. Thankfully I was able to get it together, signed the paperwork just to get it over with. He verified that all I needed was to give an address to pick up my trade in, and I was done. Went out to the car to leave and the car was practicically empty, which I was then responsible to fill up the tank. Now I’m getting phone calls that I need to make ANOTHER trip to bring the title down there (which again, I asked if I needed anything else regarding the trade and was told no). Upon finally seeing the car completely during the day, there is a hole in the bumper and a few scratches. Which I’m sure won’t get taken care of except on my dime again. I’m not saying it was a complete rip off, but I’m definitely not happy with the professionalism of the Avon store aside from Mark.

The Mazda service department was very helpful in dealing with an appearance defect involving the paint on my Mazda 6 wheels. They arranged to have all 4 wheels replaced at no charge to me, and provided me the free use of one of their vehicles while they did the work. I have had my Mazdas serviced by them for the last 10 years and have always done a great job of taking care of my vehicles.

I appreciate the prompt attention given to my repair and maintenance needs at the Hyundai West Auto Mall Service Department. The repairs are done quickly and properly. They keep me advised as to the progress of the repair/maintenance and call when the car is ready. They do a great job.

This was my first car-buying experience as a single woman. You hear horror stories about car dealerships ripping off women who don't know much about cars. Well, I did my research to avoid that. But even if I hadn't, I believe I would have received the same fantastic service. I was treated fairly and respectfully. All the team members were very friendly and professional and took the time to answer all my questions. Austin was very knowledgeable about all the features of my car and was very personable and down to earth. Mr. Wade, the finance guy, was friendly and very patient as he answered all my detailed questions about financing my Mazda 6. Not once did anyone there talk over my head or act condescending or dismissive in any way. I feel like these are a trustworthy group of people who I would refer anyone to. As a matter of fact, my mom is planning to buy her next car from them.

Be very cautious taking your car here. I went in for an oil change in November and asked them to also check my battery since it was going to be winter, I always like to get things checked. They told me I would need a new one that it failed the test. He used the scare tactic that it could just stop working and I would be stuck somewhere (I responded that's why I pay insurance for roadside assistance). I told him I wasn't sure the price was fair. I then literally right after when to batteries plus, who checked it and said all was good. It's been nearly 6 months and I've had no battery issues.

This location had done a great job on some repairs I needed before and seemed legit, so that's why I took it back there. But after that interaction, I'll be taking my car elsewhere.

I've always had very good service when I drop my car at Ray Skillman on Pike Plaza. I always get straight, honest answers and genuine kindness. They are always gracious. I never feel like I'm going to be strong-armed into services that I may not need when I leave my car with them. They are the real deal.
