Awesome ! Our two families drove an hour up to this very unique and awe inspiring experience ! We met an owner or manager in the lot ,who greeted us and explained some very unique facts about the facility ,very cool. Difficult to choose our collective favorites the lights ,the animals (tigers and giraffes ) pony rides and their personnel were great too! Phenomenal experience many thanks to Quinn’s for invite !!

We love this place, especially for the Christmas Lights! By far the best place to see lights in the Charlotte area. We've gone almost every year since they opened.

My family and I went to see the Christmas lights and it was quite frankly spectacular. The set up was impressive, and it was very worth the price. Other than the lights, you could also see some of the animals they keep there such as the "bearcat", tigers, giraffes, goats, kangaroos, and hyenas. They had a Santa there as well as many things for children to do such as go on the carousel or ride a pony. Overall it was a great experience.

Sometimes the animals are a hit or miss on whether or not you get a decent exposure to them. But overall usually well worth the drive. We really enjoy the holiday activities as well. We've done animal encounters three times now. It's fun!

I wasn't prepared for the condition that some of the animals were in when I went on 11/4/17. 2 Siberian tigers are kept in a small cage with no shelter, while 1 is kept alone in the back of the park in his own small cage that honestly, is so embarrassingly unkempt and dirty I would feel embarrassed if I worked there. I felt very bad for the large cats in general. they have 2 camels, one of which looks like it has deteriorating health (can't open it's mouth more than a couple inches) and another with gums so inflamed they are poking out of its mouth. They have an area with lemurs that is nothing but feces everywhere and musty to the point of making you sick if you're in there longer than a few minutes. Then the sloth. There is a sloth sharing a room with a fox that lives in a room so bad smelling it was shocking. I know sloths have a smell, but this was caked in urine that had been standing for a long time. And coupled with the dirtiness of the other animal pens/enclosures, I wasn't surprised when we saw this (it was the last thing we did). Also, no staff are present anywhere inside the park to talk to you about anything or ask questions. Very depressing.

This is a fun place! There is a lot to see for a little zoo. The staff is friendly and informative. I like this place better than Lazy5 because there are places kids can walk and run plus a wagon ride. We fed lots of animals including a tiger and a giraffe! They are constantly building and making improvements. What a great place for rescued and unwanted animals to live safely and be well cared for! Zookeeper John is wonderful and clearly loves these animals.

Extremely Sad and Depressing life for the animals at this (if you can call it a Zoo) Zoo. The animals seemed unhappy and not well taken care of. Some seemed to have ailments and definite anxiety. The larger animals were in cages way too small for them. They were all quite agitated and showing signs of nervousness, constantly pacing their cages and growling. Their living conditions are below sub par. Barely any wildlife to inhabit in. I have visited several zoos in my time both larger and smaller ones and this by far made me so sad for these animals. This was my first time visiting here and I definitely will not be supporting this place anymore. I sincerely hope these animals get rescued and given a better chance at life at a much better suited zoo . They should be ashamed at the living conditions they put these animals under. I would give this place zero stars .

We had an amazing party experience at Zootastic Park today. The staff was exceptional. The party room worked out so well for our group. There were large fans creating a great breeze and the room was perfect for our large group. The weather was not great, but the staff stayed late to ensure the kids would get to go on their wagon ride. This was an amazing experience and I would not hesitate to have another party at this facility--worth every penny!

Took my kids here for summer camp. They LOVED it. They give the kids tons of interaction with lots of different animals.
On the last day the parents got a tour and got to feed a giraffe which was AWESOME. They have a large assortment of animals, many of which you can feed. It was a very cool day. Would be fun for any age.

My 3 year old had a fantastic time !!!! We are definitely going to get annual passes. You get so close to the animals .it's an amazing experience. I will say though that the animals need way more shade options but they look very happy.

This place needs to be shut down. Poor animals have no where to go. The cages are so small and have no shade. It's pretty much someone's backyard and put some exotic animals back there. Very sad!

The encounter is fun; we got to play with a baby liger and a baby wolf cub (although I wonder about if that kind of encounter is good for these small baby animals). Feeding the giraffes was also pretty cool. However, we were more than a little concerned about the habitats that these animals were living in. They just did not look big enough at all for any of the animals, and a lot of them certainly didn't look like they were trying to mimic a natural habitat for these animals. We noticed several animals pacing, which was unnerving. Maybe they're only in these small areas during the normal visiting hours of the zoo and have more room to roam after hours, but I didn't see where that roaming space would be.
