Was looking for a clock and had Harley cash but was unable to make it out to use cash. Talked to Mikala over the phone, she found the clock for me, I was able to use my Harley cash and pay the difference over the phone. I have gone here before to have bike work done and to just shop. Always a good experience and great customer service.

3 guys, Dave, Bryan, and Jakob in Service, helped me get my W.H.I.M. module working, even when the MoCo Website left me, "Less than satisfied" with their LACK of answers. I make the trip to Zips(about 45 miles)instead of my local dealership, for the Customer Service. Even though I have a 'Stealership', much closer, I'd rather spend my money, where I am appreciated, and not just another customer..

I can't thank Dave and folks at Zip's enough. 8/31/17, on vaca heading back from UP. Stater went out and limped in at 5:30pm. They close at 6. Stayed over to get me and crew back on road heading south. Wonderful experience, dealership, and people. Hope to see them again, but only to shop! That's Dave in the pic pushing my bike out. Thanks!

We can’t express how grateful we were for ending up at Zips when we did. We were traveling from St. Charles, IL and decided to stop for a quick oil change and have them check a noise that my bike started to make while on our ride. They discovered a major issue with the bike, it was going to take six hours to fix and it was already 1 PM on a Saturday, not to mention bike rentals were booked! They pulled out all the stops and went above and beyond to get us back on the road. They were able to get us on a rental for the day while they worked late to get our bike fixed and back on the road on Sunday. Amazing service and hospitality – HATS OF TO ZIPS – THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR VACATION, A VACATION AND NOT A NIGHTMARE!

John was truly great working with me to get the best deal possible. He has a responsibility to make the dealership money, but he does have the interest of the customer in mind when he works the deal. He saw me sit on this particular model 100 times over the past six months. He always said, "What can we do to make the deal happen?" I appreciate his knowledge of the products and his willingness to take whatever ridiculous offer I made serious! John (along with the rest of the crew) is why Zips is MY dealership. Dave, and his crew of mechanics, at Zip's HD, did a great job, in detecting a metal shaving, that effected my oil pressure, during my bike's 1,000 mile service. They installed a new oil pump, and had the bike delivered back to me in about eight days. Great job guys!

I am still a bit apprehensive, with regard to any future problems because I will be riding from Northern Michigan, to visit my daughter, in Charlottesville, VA, in the first week of August.

I do not understand how this problem was not detected by Harley Davidson's Quality Control Department! Inability to detect a problem of this magnitude, is a sad day for Harley Davidson's reputation, of building a quality product. I had friends stating, "You should have bought a BMW."

I have to give Harley Davidson a poor rating on this build. I feel the bikes should have been returned to York, PA and never reached the showroom floor.

HD corporate places great emphasis, on dealership rating surveys. They should do a survey rating the Motor Company, as a whole!”
