Great place to stop in and stock up on anything you need while you are out enjoying the chain of lakes. I personally stop in most often for something to drink and something from their deli for lunch. Great staff, great owner and awesome food!!!

Don't be fooled by their low rental prices, they charged me $160+ for gas even after I returned the the boat filled with gas. Way more up-front charges and better experience all around from Dockside across the way. Won't be renting again from Butch's.

Rented a pontoon boat and had a nice day on the lake. Torch lake is crystal clear. I love northern lakes.

Just had an issue with our boat as it wouldn't start after we fueled up at Butches. Turned out it was disabled. They jumped in and helped me tow the boat to a slip with their pontoon boat, and let us store it there until we were able to go get our trailer. Really appreciate how helpful they were. They asked for nothing in return. So grateful!
