The owner was away, but the staff was happy to give us a tour and talk to us about the operation and machinery. The shop had a lot of cute things at fairly reasonable prices. I love that they name a lot of their colors after local features like Petoskey Stone gray and Bluejay blue.

We are a LYS (Local Yarn Store) and have worked with the people at Stonehedge Fiber Mill for 3 years ordering yarn and fiber from them. I have always had the best experience with the handling and fulfillment of my orders for Shepherd's Wool and Crazy Yarn. I get great service: my orders arrive quickly and are always accurate. I have also purchased yarn that was milled by local shepherds at Stonehedge. Our customers and vendors love this mill! Highly recommended

May have been the day but not very friendly
