The guy was very sweet and professionally polite, he was the only good thing about this service. Customer service was excellent, booking me same day of call. But I was expecting something better for the price. It was regular vacuum and not steam. The carpet looks like i just used my regular vacuum. But nothing to wow me. Minor spots still there, now I have to go to Home Depot to rent their equipment and take out the spots by myself. I should read the reviews before. This system it’s great for new houses that has new carpets not stained just as a regular maintenance, but not to remove spots nor stains. They need to clearly say that in their advertising.

If you like fresh cleaned carpets ask for Aaron, he was my Tech & he was the best of the best. Great communication, eager to help & detailed work. I have a dog - Aaron did an awesome job on my living room & office. No salesy stuff just quality cleaning. I also got my rug cleaned - cause my dog peed on our cowhide rug😢 the day before. NP… Aaron took it back to their facility to clean & Tomas the Rug Manager was phenomenal! He kept us up to date on the cleaning process & delivered it back to my home within 8 days. My cowhide rug looks freakin’ amazing - no more piss smell …I LOVE IT!!!

Brian Hunt from Zerorez came to our house and did an outstanding job cleaning our carpets. He was on time, professional and worked hard to get the job done quickly. He explained the process thoroughly prior to the cleaning and walked through the house with us after he was finished to make sure we were satisfied. He also placed fans over the carpets to dry them quickly while he was packing up his equipment. I HIGHLY recommend Brian Hunt and Zerorez!

The guy was awesome. I wish my carpet would've come cleaner but he did give a disclaimer so I can't complain too much. I've seen other companies get those high traffic stains up but I suppose it's the tradeoff for not using harsh chemicals. Overall the customer service was great and the rest of the carpet looks ok. I don't have another company to compare it to directly so we'll see next time ill try someone else.

I first heard about Zerorez on the radio and a few weeks later I saw them in my neighborhood. I then decided that I would take a chance and have our carpets cleaned. I set up my appointment online it was pretty simple. My appointment was kept and the technician was on time. Depar was our tech he was all around GREAT, from his communication style, helpfulness he helped move our sofas, the respect for our property and of course right down to the top notch cleaning he did. To make matters better he was also very knowledgeable about all things flooring. He answered our questions with confidence. I highly recommend him specifically for anyone who wants it done right. I will use Zerorez again for sure!
