  We went to Lonnie's Carpet Max to check out flooring for our bathroom and laundry room. We were treated as soon as we walked in to the store. Our sales representative was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about the type of flooring we wanted. I would recommend Lonnie's Carpet Max to anyone that has decided to update their flooring.

  This was one of the worst buying experiences I have ever had. I wish I had paid closer attention to the other reviews, but unfortunately I did not. Lonnie's has hands down the worst customer service I have dealt with in a very long time. Rude and unprofessional, to say the least. It took at least 7 visits after their "guaranteed" perfect installation and I am still left with a floor the is bubbled and warped in a major area. The 1st installer had to make 4 visits alone just to do the door ways and transitions because he had no idea what he was doing. He also begged me not to call the store about it as he would get a "ding". Then other issues arose and their head installer Chris and Lonnie himself came to check out the issue, was told it would be fixed again I am still left with a massive bubble in the middle of the flooring and was told there was nothing wrong with the install (even though it took 7 tries until I called it quits) and they will not reimburse me for any time or cost on the install. After sending an email to the "high ups" (can't get any higher than Lonnie I would assume) and not even getting a reply back for 4 days, it was evident that they could care less. They got their money and are moving on. I could not imagine a company where the owner was CC on an email from a customer who was completely screwed over not even taking a few moments to reply and at least make things right. I will never even consider using this establishment again and if I can deter just one person by this review and help them save time and headache by this post, then I will feel I have helped in some way. Buyer beware There are many other options in the Rockford area I urge you to use.

  My family has worked with Lonnie's for years, and after a recent renovation project, I can totally see why. We had a TERRIBLE flooring "expert" from another local company that we started with. Finally, after leaving our project halfway done for over a month, we called Lonnie's. Their team came out and discovered that nearly everything that this "expert" did would cause us issues down the road. They completely redid the work same day and I could not be happier with the result. I will never take my business anywhere else!

  Horrible customer service. It took 5 visits to get everything done. Not prepared and a lot of miscommunication and screw ups. It started with the sales associate and went down hill. When I requested that we need not pay what they were charging because of the hassle. The general manager wasn't very forgiving with a price cut. Now if you believe in good customer service you should try a lot harder to rectify the situation instead of the customer holding your hand the whole time. Good customer service should be worth more than the bottom line. I will tell everyone I can to never use you guys again.

  When looking to put new floors in my house I went to multiple flooring stores. Lonnie's compared to some of the others in the area did not have the best sales staff. It took them a while to figure out what I actually wanted for my flooring. Then when they finally did their prices were not exactly what I consider good. I would not recommend going to Lonnie's for your flooring needs.

  I recently got new flooring. As any normal customer would do, I went to multiple flooring stores during my search process. When I went to Lonnie's Carpet Max, I was completely ignored, as if they did not want to sell to me! Horrendous customer service in my experience. I will not go to Lonnie's in the future. If you care about a great customer service experience, I do not recommend Lonnie's Carpet Max.

  The carpet cleaner, Kevin, was very informative. He explained what he was going to do before he started. I will give Lonnies Carpet Max 5 stars for the experience I had. Also, they cleaned my carpet the day I called for an appointment.

  great experience wish i would have found these guys a long tine ago i own many rental property's and every company would fly in and out and leave me with soaking wet carpet taking days to dry . kevin that came from lonnie's to my own personal home assured me that they would be dry for football that same day i rolled my eyes at him ant told him i have heard that before . Now i feel bad about that because not only were they dry but they were the cleanest they have evey been!!! thank you very much p.s. i wish all company's were like these guys

  I adopted a few rescue dogs that are not trained and made a mess out of my carpet. I called other companies out to the home and after a lot of wasted money and no results, I decided to try one more time and called Lonnie's Max Care Carpet cleaning. I was greeted with a prompt, on time gentleman, named Kevin that was able to get all the nasty stains out! Made my carpet look brand new! They have a customer for life now! Great company!
