I purchased their 3-room special through Dimby and scheduled my cleaning. When they showed up, they talked to my 16-year old son and when he could not get ahold of me (within 15 minutes!!) for me to approve them charging MORE for the service, then they said that because he was not 18, they couldn’t clean and they left. (??!). I called and we agreed I would meet them at 2:30 at my house. At 2:46 they still were not there, so I called the office and the extremely rude female stated that he waited 33 minutes and he had other jobs to do. I have the text I sent at 2:50 asking if they were still coming, so there is no way they waited 30 min for me! The lady on the phone could have cared less and she told me to call Dimby for a refund - so I did. I used this Co in the past to clean my tile - did a fair job, but tried to sell me more and more stuff then too! Beware!

Bock's is the way to go. Brian is as professional and courteous as they come, and so are his technicians. Not only to their customers, but to each other, which to me shows a staff that is engaged in the work they do. Their pricing is very competitive, and the results are outstanding. Call Bock's and go with them, or call others and compare. You'll end up going with Bock's- and you won't regret it.

We had not used a carpet cleaning service in quite a while, but it recently became a necessity for some pet stain issues at my father's house. Personally, the thought of calling cleaners was akin to nails on a chalkboard (think used car lots).

After a little research, the first and only place I called was Bocks. They were so laid back and amenable, it was refreshing. We even had to reschedule their first visit at the last minute and there was no extra charges, guilt or shame. Then when they did arrive, the young men were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Most importantly, the job they did was top notch. My dads carpets went from pretty horrific to sparkling new in just a couple hours. Thank you Bocks for making this an amazing experience!

We recently had some carpet cleaning done along with another specific job, (red wine, cream colored carpet)

We had stained carpet with a pet odor problem. Bock Steam Star was able to take care of the odor problem and remove the stains! The workers were very courteous and kind. My carpets look beautiful! I will only use them to clean my carpets from now on!

My interior designer recommended Bock's Steam Star to me for cleaning some upholstered furniture and slipcovered chairs. She said they were the best, bar none, and I didn't need to hear anything else - I called to schedule an appointment. The team that arrived to do the work were friendly, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. And the results they delivered? FANTASTIC. I have little ones running around (dirtying things up) and couldn't believe the results they achieved on a particularly difficult piece of upholstered furniture--even more unbelievable was the pricing. I felt as though I got the BEST SERVICE at the BEST PRICE imaginable. I've now just scheduled a return visit to clean tile throughout the house, and am confident the results they will deliver will be equally as impressive. Bock's will now be on my must-call, must-refer list, for sure.

Customer for Life!! I thought we were going to have to wait until we replaced our carpet to have great carpet again based on what other steam companies had said. They could never get everything out. Called Bock's Steam Star. Brian came out to give us a quick estimate and explain their equipment--WHICH I'VE NEVER SEEN ANY OTHER COMPANY HAVE!! MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE!! I was totally sold and excited to see the results. The carpet looked brand new!! I could not be happier and they now have a customer for life. The pricing was extremely competitive even with the extra cleaning processes they take and type of equipment they use. You will not be disappointed. I had family over and they couldn't believe how great it looked. The bad places looked new and the whole carpeted area looked brighter. Love it!!!
