These people are horrible. The treatment my elder client got after she complained about damaged clothes was unreal and shocking. She was told never to bring her laundry here again to be washed. Pretty sad. She has no washer and dryer and no family to help. The health aides have things to do at her home and not enough time to sit at laundry mat for hours.
Rude, despicable. :(

Decent Machines and a working change machine. Although, machines smell of mold and entire building smells of sewer (worse near the back wall). Posted on the front door, the hours of unlocked doors are 0800 - 2000. It is clearly posted that each customer has until 2130 (9:30 pm) to be out of the building.

There is one person on staff who would not give the management company name or contact information. Furthermore, she harassed me about leaving prior to 2130. When I replied that the rules clearly stated that I have until 2130 to be out of the building she threatened to call the police.

Posted on one interior door, not clearly at all on a door and facing the wall was a notice that after 1930 each customer is only allowed 2 loads (after looking, I had to ask the employee to show me where it was posted). This rule is selectively applied as was noticed by the actions of other patrons.

In a nut shell, I have never seen a Laundry Mat close so early and I have never been harassed in a laundry mat to finish my laundry prior to the stated rules. In closing, I was out by 2115 after multiple times of harassment as well as having to listen to the employee bad mouth me prior to 2100 to another customer because she wanted to leave early.

I will NEVER spend my money here again. I suggest that if you do not have time during the middle of the day, you do not either. For that matter, until they remedy the odors I suggest you just stay away completely.
