Grace greeted with smile and was very professional. Check in was quick. Complimentary car wash and tire pressure check is greatly appreciated. Lounge was clean and stocked up with water and coffee. Great experience.

I’ve bought three cars from them and have all my service done through them as well. The purchase process has always been smooth - no hard sell or pressure, in and out with my new vehicle in just a few hours. After sale, the service department is stellar. Friendly, knowledgeable, fast and professional. I’ve recommended them to many friends. I’ll never buy a car from anyone else, or take my vehicle anywhere else to be serviced.

Great Service! Drew Sims was fantastic. Not pushy, very knowledgeable and straight up a nice guy. Bert (sorry forgot your last name) in finance did a great job. Very quick even though being new to the job. Buying a car is never an easy task, but I would definitely recommend doing business with these guys. Facilities were clean, and very nice.

Nissan of Gurnee never disappoints! From the quality of their service, their transparency, and sincere care, they go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable with your options. Joe and Scott were definitely a pleasure to work with, especially for a young buyer who doesn’t necessarily have the greatest credit. I’m a repeat buyer from Ziegler of Nissan and couldn’t even think of buying from another dealership. Thanks so much for the quality of service and great salesmanship!

Sergio was the most honest and straightforward salesman we ever had. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy new or used. Go see Sergio!

Nissan is a joke. We have a recalled Nissan. They said the air bag on the passenger side may kill someone and there was no airbag installed on the driver side. The estimated repair time is one year. THIS IS NOT MY ISSUE. The ISSUE is that they will not safely tow the car to our new residence less than 5 miles away. At this point, we already signed something say we cannot legally drive the car.

In other words, we must pay back end costs for the mistakes the manufacturer made during production. NEVER WILL BE DOING BUSINESS WITH NISSAN AGAIN. What a joke! Losing a life long customer over a simple in town courtesy tow. It's not the money it's the principle.

In addition to calling the corporate headquarters, I called the local dealer in Gurnee, IL (Zeigler). The service manager said they will not tow the car two miles to our new location. He said we can 'risk it' and drive the car ourselves or pay for the car to be towed. Apparently, they could care less about their consumers. And to add insult to injury, the rental car we are to drive for the next YEAR is the most basic model they had. No power locks or windows. I'd be surprised if it had airbags.

What a poor business model. Bottom FEEDERS!

Currently bought a 2011 Armada at location for the family. At first the experience was not great from the leadership used sales team. But Alex Aguilar made my experience and process fast and comfortable . Also thanks "Boots" for making it happen and making the numbers right for us. After the purchase I have brough the truck back for service and it also been superb, fast and took care of my needs. Thank you Luis Rodriguez. I will highly recommend this location to family and friends. Thank you for my great purchase !

met with Ken Hibbins our sales advisor. He was very honest and straight forward. They didn't budge from the internet price. They did work with us to meet a reasonable monthly price for a decent finance rate. They were able to take our trade in.

The first vehicle we looked at was a no go. The second was phenomenal. There was another vehicle at a different Ziegler location. We decided on the second vehicle. The price was fair compared to the market and local listings.

We were in the market for a vehicle. Ken was very helpful and informative. He was not pushy like most car salesmen. He wanted to help us. We felt good about the value and service we received.

The sales management and finance team were very helpful. Firm believer in gap because vehicles depreciate so quickly.

Another pseudo-postmodern gimmick-oriented dealership inconveniently located half to 3/4 a mile away from the other mass of dealerships in an attempt to stand out while encroaching on the scenic route that stands as a nice contrast to the strip of plastic, aluminum and the mall. What a great addition to the town! Real Estate aside, typical dealership experiences. I got the cocky young buck trying to make a name for himself while overlooking my needs. A dull addition to the town that even the old buildings surpassed.
Note: I don't have an interest in contacting you, nor do I completely use my real name on this account as I prefer to keep my personal and professional life separate.

My purchase experience was great. The price of my car was fair and Drew Sims was the best salesperson ever. I found the car that had the features I was seeking and the sales and finance team could not have been more accommodating. My subsequent service experience has been equally good. If you are looking to buy or service your Nissan, Ziegler's is the place to go.

I recently purchased my first car from Zeigler Nissan - a 2013 Honda Civic. Scott was a great help finding the right car for me in my price range. Bill went back and forth with the finance team and bank to keep my monthly payments in the range that I wanted, looked into their college graduate program to see if I qualified, and also their first time buyer program. The customer service is excellent. Both Scott and John were very direct, quick, and made the whole car buying process easy to understand. I walked in without much knowledge or direction and walked out two hours later with a beautiful car that I'm happy to call my own. I will be sending all my friends and family to Zeigler Nissan as well as continuing my business with them!
