This was my best vehicle purchase (2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Freedom / Oscar Mike edition) to date. The salesman, sales manager, finance manager, detail guy, and cashier clerk were all good to work with. So far, post sale service (install of tow package and undercoating / paint / window coating protection) has been smooth. The loaner I was given (during the install and coating) is a gem and I enjoy driving it. I also met a few of the Service and parts guys and look forward to having them help me take care of my vehicle to keep it in top condition through the years.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. The salesman Joe was the best part of my car buying experience! He was very honest and forthcoming and made the car buying process very easy. I just bought my second car from Joe 2 weeks ago. I'll always refer my friends and family to him before going anywhere else.

I would not recommend buying an used car from this dealership. I purchased a 2011 Jeep with 88,000 miles back in January for $16000 and just 10 months and 7000 miles later, the engine needs to be replaced. They have a "free engine for life" warranty, but require that you take every single maintenance through their dealership, or it's voided. I went into the original sales manager that sold me the car (Munson) and could tell he had zero interest in helping me or even trying to give me advice on what to do. He did not even recommend me over to their service department, just wanted me out of his hair as quickly as possible. Their service team was helpful and also surprised by a 2011 needing an engine replacement, but quoted $4500 more than a local mechanic to replace the engine (total cost of $8000). I would not trust their sourcing on used vehicles. They do not stand behind them and only care about moving inventory. Buy a used car somewhere else, this isn't a reputable place to do so. I will not be purchasing my next Jeep through this dealership, new or used.

Took a 2016 Jeep Wrangler with 15,000 miles to the dealer to have a brake line fixed that was leaking (passenger rear). Said they could fix it for $300 because it wasn't covered warranty as it wasn't a component failure. It's a JEEP WRANGLER, made to go off road aka "Trail Rated". If they don't provide protection from the brake lines and they get damaged, that isn't the consumers fault. Their commercials show them going over rocks, through mud, etc. Very disappointed with the service and response from Chrysler. Used to love Jeeps but that is quickly changing. Probably a result of Jeep/Chrysler not being Domestic anymore. Sadly, two other trucks (BTW - not rated for trails) went down the same trails and they didn't received any damage! What a Joke!

I have bought several cars off of them over the years . 1998 Chrysler sea breeze , 2002 Durango, 2006 Durango, 2014 Jeep Compass, all of which were good cars for me. Vicksburg Chrysler has all ways took good care of all my cars, and made me a VIP of their business . Thank you Vicksburg Chrysler.

Just got another vehicle From Vicksburg Jeep, 2017 Velvet Sales Red, Blackout Jeep Grand Cherokee, Sales Consultant Matt Sproul did an Outstanding job helping me and my wife getting this Jeep! And he helped us with extras, very kind young man! Great job Matt!

The absolute best car dealership I have ever been to. I have myself bought 4 vehicles between me and my wife and have had at least 5-10 referrals for Vicksburg Chrysler. My first encounter I was so over going from dealership to dealership looking at trucks. This one was right down the road from my house so it was a last stop for me as I was ready to just go home. I swung in and that's when I met Greg Chernoby. The guy is awesome! He delivers great service and no games which I like and respect! Walked out with a Brand new Ram 1500. I loved it so much my wife went a month later and got a new Jeep Cherokee. That was 3 years ago. I am now in my 2nd new Ram and my wife is in her new Grand Cherokee. Greg is awesome and so it Matt. I wont go anywhere else and neither will anyone in my family! This place is the real deal. They always have top notch inventory too. Better than anywhere else. Give them a try!

Purchased a 2012 ram from this dealer. I would not do business here again. The dash in my truck was painted by the dealership. When i wiped down my dash a week later the paint came off. Called dealer they gave me the run around for a few days. Then finally talked to a manager and he admitted to haveing the dash painted to hide a imperfection and said they would repaint the dash in my truck for me to make it right. What a joke, the reason im calling is because you painted my dash to begin with. He also said they do this all the time and touch up imperfections as cheap as they can. Do not buy a car here they will go to lengths to cover up any problems rather then to fix the problem correctly. The salesmen was awesome. Freemont Bean is who you want to deal with if you decide to buy a car from here. Dealership will cut corners just letting everyone know.

This place wanted to charge me $4500 for a transmission rebuild on a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee after telling me first that their transmission mechanic had called in sick and they would not be able to look at it that day but somehow called me later that day telling me I need a complete transmission rebuild. I had to cough up $85 for them to just look at it, then I took it to Automatic Transmission Clinic of Kalamazoo for a second opinion. Automatic Transmission Clinic found I was 2 qts low on transmission fluid and the filter inside of the transmission became dislodged thus preventing proper flow of fluid. They charged me $130 for a transmission service (and my Jeep has been running great since) while the crooks at Vicksburg Jeep Dodge wanted $4500. Isn't the dealer supposed to be the expert??

I Bought my vehicle from Vicksburg and I absolutely LOVED the people there! They Truly are like a big Family! The Internet Department is top notch and made it so quick and easyWe had so much fun at Vicksburg Chrysler and would be happy to tell all my friends and family about them!
