  Been here twice with my kids, each time for a birthday party. The kids had a blast and I like that it's small enough that I can see where my kids are but big enough for them to run around.

  I had a party from 3pm until 5pm. Our party room was not ready until 325pm. We had to wait outside with all our decorations until then. One male staff was finally setting up the table when another male staff walked in and said "come help me" the staff responded " i have to finish setting up this table" the other staff responded "no you don't" loud and clear for all the guest to hear. The guests approached me on the poor customer service. I thought the point of having a party at the blast zone and paying close to $800 was so that the parents could have a stress free celebration. Our hostess did not introduce herself at all, she was the quietest person there. During the cake time, she put the cake in front of my daughter and left the room for 5 min looking for a lighter for the candle. 6yo kids waiting around a cake for 5min is not a good thingtrust me! Some helpful guest parent's thankfully intervened and kept the kids occupied. The "goody bag" toy was an item you can find at a dollar store. Nothing special! Lastly, the blast zone advertises their bathtub races as their pride and joy. It is hardly a race when only one of the bathtub is working. That one bathtub even kept on breaking down. People from my party and other party were complaining about it and kids were tired of waiting in line for the one bathtub to be fixed. The Blastzone is fun to go to just for fun, but don't waste your money having a birthday party there. The poor customer service, their non working bathtubs, the cheap take home gift are totally not worth the high price tag. I really had high expectation and I am completely disappointed.

  Good place for small and big kids parties for kids aging below 8.
