Main floor womans dept. Little messy. Loud. Long lines No fun. Downstairs is Mens dept. Lil smaller, more organized. Shorter lines but still only 1 cashier.
Great store but lines are horrible both for trying stuff in and paying. Store otherwise beautiful, make sure to check out both floors. Returns are only done upstairs which is in part while the lines get long. After waiting almost 15 minutes, staff thought to check downstairs and announced there was no line. It would have been nice to know sooner to get people through the check out process faster. Aside from lines, love the store and the location!
If I could give this Zara negative stars I would. First time going to this location and as everyone knows Zara is very hectic and messy and I was looking for one item specifically. When I walked in I asked an employee where I could find it and she responded very rudely with "it's in the middle". WOW thank you for the help that was so not helpful. After I found the jacket I found a mirror and set my stuff on a table so I could try it on and the employee near goes "you can't leave your stuff there". First off I set it there to try on your merchandise to purchase and I'm not putting my stuff on the floor. I would never return to this Zara, extremely disappointed with their service, Soho Zara is for sure my favorite.
Disorganized as usual, rude employees as usual, crowded fitting rooms as usual. Really wish they would step up their game by either training the staff better, hiring more staff or pay them better to do a better job. The only good experience I had in Zara was internationally. Should of taken pictures if their mess.
Busy place indeed but personally I always had good experience. Good service, nice collections and pleasant ambience. I'm enjoying shopping here. Thanks Zara
Worst zara!! 0 stars. Employees are miserable. Two female employees at the upstairs register, talking amongst one another in a foreign language which is a bit rude to begin with -- however, on top on this they were calling me and the other customer names such as stupid. Be careful when speaking poorly about others in any language! Some people are able to understand that language. So rude. Avoid at all costs.
Super disorganized store. Staff is uninterested and rude, which is often a reflection of a poor management structure and under paid/trained staff. Lacking simple signage and customer assistance. Store manager has a lot of work to do.
OK collection, good prices, and always refreshing the service.
Everything disorganized as usual, rude employees as usual, crowded fitting rooms as usual. Really wish they would step up their game by either training the staff better, hiring more staff or pay them better to do a better job. The only good experience I had in Zara was internationally. Great selection! One fornthe larger stores in the city, things are easier to find and not cluttered like others. Like most Zara stores, good luck with assistance from staff.
I usually think 100times before I post something. And especially giving rate/complaint is very unnecessary to me. But yesterday 4/23/ I went here around 7.pm and tried tshirt, the staff that was working in fitting room, a Qween South American guy was VERY RUDE. First when I tried tshirt I said thank you afterward, he just ignored and pretend I don't exist. At first I was OK, he might have a bad day. it was slow..and not even busy when I was here. and he knew that I talked to him..second time I tried a couple jeans and asked him nicely and he said nothing and just giving a rude face pointing out his face which fitting room I can use.. I'm glad I didn't manage to argue.. I usually tell the person directly if something is wrong. And at the end, I have to keep waiting to get a new bag I will buy because I don't wanna buy the one on the display(a little dirty) I keep coming to zara to buy bags..jeans and tshirt and never had any rude experience like in this place. I been to many zara all around the world in Asia too and they were way too friendly. This guy needs to learn what hospitality is. I believe the management team could do better and I hope I am the only one who experienced this so far.
Inattentive and disrespectful employees. Some lady downstairs at Men's section snatched my card while I was paying. I love Zara it's clothes design and quality. But these employees are intolerable. Clothes on 2nd floor are always messy and are all over the place. I don't wanna talk about the treatment you get while returning clothes that were brought online. Someone yells at customers to go down and others tell you to go upstairs. It's a chaos all the time.
Custner service suck
1 have a sign that returns are not at main register. I waited on line to be told go upstairs, where there is a line of 10 peolpe with one person at register.
2 size on not always the same
Zara has implemented a new system whereby you can only return or exchange in specific checkouts. However, the (very rude!) staff only tells you that after you waited in the wrong line.
As a customer, you feel punished for having to return your goods!
Does anyone at this store speak English?? Had to speak to 2 reps and they were both unable to articulate a single sentence properly. It was painful to try and understand anything they were saying. They were not foreign by the way. I am from NY and am embarrassed that this is what visitors have to endure. Zara, please step it up! We can do better!!
