Upon arriving at Zales I was greeted by a sweet lady named Layla and she helped me customize the most beautiful necklace that I can wear everyday! I am so grateful for her input and effort to make my visit so seamless! Thank you Layla!

When I walked in Elvira Elzohiery helped me out the second I got there. I had an idea of what I wanted for my lady but she made sure I picked out the right ring. She had like 8 rings on her fingers because I wanted to make sure I got the right one. Elvira was patient and gave great advice. Lucky I picked out the right ring and my lady said Yes ! Thank you so much Elvira for helping me out and for the patience and understanding you showed. You made a woman very happy. Will definitely go again.
