We hired Morgan & Morgan after being in an accident (not our fault) and we were extremely lucky to get Attorney Nicole Blais and her very capable, efficient, wonderful, genuinely kind and caring, understanding case manager, Sandra Resmondo assigned to our case. They took us all the way through the process. Made sure we got the proper medical care, plain and simplethe took care of everything and got us a settlemet that was the max we could receive under Florida Law. Quite truthfully I don't know for sure what would have happened if we hadn't hired them because the insurance company was telling us they didn't have to pay anything, and we had a bunch of medical bills we certainly could not have paid off. So without them we would have ended up with alot of medical bills that would have taken a very long time to pay off. So in

Whatever call center this law firm has screening their potential clients cases needs a new company. I felt like I was talking to the suicide hotline. It was honestly terrible. I’ve had three calls with this company in total with the same experience each time. There’s no customer service whatsoever and there’s so much background noise during the call that you can’t hear the representative.

My representative was so prompt and helpful to me during the process of my wreck being hit by a drunk driver. The drunk driver had no insurance as he was from Alabama and they have different rules there. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who would ask. Thank you so much.

I reach out to Morgan & Morgan, and they contacted me immediately, they ask me questions about my accident and sent me paperwork to sign and fill out on my phone! Them are up and on the case, I would recommend them to anyone that needs a great lawyer who works hard to fight for your case!
