Struthers listens to what you want and helps you find something you might not even know that you’re looking for! Everyone I interacted with here is super helpful and very knowledgeable. I will always recommend Struthers Brothers to anyone looking for a motorcycle.

Nice place, decent options, we had to look/ask for help because we were just being passed by for other people coming in. Didn’t appreciate the employee coming over and taking items away from my toddler instead of just asking us to not let her do it. We are well aware of the break you buy rule. Went in to spend no more than $200 on a helmet ended up leaving spending over $400.

Couturie is a Great sells man. He did a excellent job on helping me find my first motorcycle ever. I definitely recommend him. He knew what motorcycle would fit me for a first Rider.

I went hoping to trade in a motorcycle and purchase one from their pre-owned inventory. I looked online ahead of time and had a few bikes I wanted to test ride.
I asked to ride the first bike and the salesman looked around for awhile and couldn't find it. After asking another employee they found they had already sold it. No problem, I asked to ride another bike. Same thing, the salesman looks for it, can't find it, asks around and finds that bike was also sold. I ask if the third bike I saw on their website is available and thankfully it is. I did a test drive and decided to purchase the bike.
The salesman gives me an offer on my trade-in which I agree to. They don't currently have the title to the bike, but say it will arrive soon and will call me when it arrives.
A couple weeks go by and I hadn't received a call so I stop by to check and they said yes, they have the title and we make an appointment to do the paperwork.
When I am signing the paperwork, I noticed the value of my trade-in was less than we had agreed upon. The salesman acknowledged the error and prints out new paperwork and we fill it all out again.
The next day at home, I check the tire pressure and found both front and rear tires to be 9 psi under-inflated.
There were also 2 bolts missing from the body panels, the bike was used, but only 1 year old.
The salesman was very nice, but between the buying process, paperwork errors, and bike condition, the process just wasn't very smooth or professional.response / report this review -

Friendly and informative staff, great selection of bikes and gear. Steve in sales was patient and to the point. Absolutely loving my new Triumph Trident 660. 🤘🏻 FTW
