Zach Taylor was amazing! He handled our Hurricane Michael claim with patience, facts, and most importantly, relentless pursuit of what we needed to settle our claim justly. As we head into Hurricane 2023 season, I hope we do not need to make any claims, but if we do, I strongly recommend hiring Zach and Manuel & Thompson. They cut through the red tape of insurance claims.

Living in this state and area unfortunately we have had a couple accidents where we needed the assistance of an attorney. Jay Manuel was recommended by a friend of mine and I'm so glad we went this route. He and his team (shout out to Ms. Sheryl and Ms. Elouise) have worked on 3 cases for us (I know) and I will continue to recommend him to others. He is very thorough in explaining each step, the expectations, what certain words mean (let's face it I don't know all that jargon), and he even recommends certain limits for car insurance. Never thought of it that way but I guess your attorney would be the best person to get that type of advice from. If my husband or myself had any questions they were always prompt at getting back with us. He is up front about pricing and time length. But one of the things I love the most, they are KIND.

I can personally recommend Waylon Thompson. Having known him for over 20 years and worked for him for several of those early years, I know firsthand that he cares about his clients and their cases, and how hard he works to get his clients the best outcome. He always returns his phone calls and will keep you informed on the status during your case. Waylon is extremely knowledgeable of the law and trial work. He’s not afraid to go to court.

Being from "out of state" we were fortunate to be directed to this law firm for our case. Our attorney and his assistant were very polite, professional and responsive to our needs. They more than exceeded our expectations and my husband and I highly recommend this firm.

Absolutely phenomenal!! I had to get an attorney after my accident.. Jay and Cheryl were great to work with!! I have always heard that settling cases can take years.. but with this firm we settled in less that 8 months and was paid. Would recommend to anyone!!
