The owner, Jay, is honest and patient. When I bought a new bike brand "x" from him, he noticed a paint blemish on the frame when putting the bike together. He reached out to the manufacturer, whose solution was to see if I would even notice. That didn't fly with Jay; he informed me of the situation and worked on my behalf to get a discount and an included rear rack. If you are looking for a hard-working small bike shop where they will know you by name and treat you respectfully, I recommend you stop by!

The team at Destination Bicycle is beyond top notch! I went to get a flat changed and casually mentioned I've been having frequent issues with my tubes popping. Without being asked, Jay (the owner) went the extra mile by investigating the issue to discover I was having frequent tube bursts due to a nub on my rim. He shaved it down without being asked and my bike hasn't had a flat since. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional team all around! :) Will be back!

I bought a few years old bike from my neighbor and I brought it to destination bicycle for a quick tuneup and Brett was very helpful in getting me riding again and ordering some parts for an upgrade of shifters. Would definitely recommend this spot for bike service.

Excellent service by Jay, the owner/mechanic who tuned up my 15 year old Trek, which now rides like new! Jay was really knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend Destination Bicycle for all your bike needs🤗
