Worst experience. Rude unprofessional. Told me to bring my RV in for repairs and that my warranty would definitely pay for most of my repairs. Three weeks later he rudely told me to pick up my camper and that my warrany would fix nothing. Spoke with my warranty company and they said that was not true that he needed to diagnose the problems and they would gladly pay for the repairs. He hung up on them told me to pick up my camper because the warranty was no good and did not want to pay. Three weeks wasted with no repairs. Very unprofessional.
