We had a very good experience purchasing a vehicle at Whiteside of St Clairsville. Every person we encountered was friendly, professional and efficient. We would go back to Whiteside again.
Comfortable waiting area! Thank you to Henry Warner and his staff, my oil change experience was handled efficiently! I liked how I was told for my next oil change it would be time to replace my air filter. Thanks for making sure my car is running top notch! See you next time!
Needed to buy a car wanted to know if I was trading OR financing didn't give a hoot what I wanted. Acted like I wasn't important never even let me sit in or drive a car .was Pissed
Wasn't impressed by the sales staff. There is a wide variety of vehicles here though both new and used.
I made an appointment to take my truck in for an oil change at 11:00 went back at 3:00 the oil Change was not done and my truck was moved across the road ware it looked like they had no chance of even getting to it anytime soon. To make things better one of the employees almost backed into my company truck. It was an around bad experience that I will not be repeating. I took my truck and will get it serviced someplace else. This place is a joke.
The service department promised work vehicle would be done in one day. Repairs ran into second day which was ok. Then they tried to keep vehicle for a third day which was not ok. I will never go back nor the work truck either. I would give you a negative 5 star rating if I could.
Very friendly staff and very helpful . Willing to work with you. Get ya the best deal best way possible. For sure are able to do a lot to get your drivein home in a new car/truck or SUV definitely go back when time to trade in or buy new again.
I brought my 2008 Chevy cobalt in to get the key programmed, and after an hour and a half I was informed that I had a fuel leak. I asked for an estimate on repairing the fuel line, and I was told they would call me with an estimate. Before I could get back home less than 15 minutes, they called to inform me that the cost of replacing the fuel line would be over $800! I know that there is an up charge at the dealerships, but that seem unreasonable and excessive. But they had me over a barrel so what choice did I have. Won't ever do business with them again.
I made a deal on a used wrangler. Went in to sign the paperwork. Was told he ran out of finance contracts. three days later I get a call that the paperwork is ready. when I went in to sign the contract He quickly reviewed the disclosure box. and I was on my way. that afternoon I got back in the office and read over the contract and there was a processing fee and a prepayment fee he did not explain. He agreed to cancel the contract and let me pay cash. I took him a check on Saturday. On Tuesday I got a call saying I needed to sign new paperwork as they had written the deal for WV and not Ohio and would call me when it was ready. Thursday morning I got a call saying I had two choices. number one. title the vehicle in WV or pay an extra $500 for Ohio sales taxes. I took back the vehicle that morning and asked for a refund check. heard nothing. Went back Friday morning. talked to the sales manager. nothing. called Saturday. nothing..12/19/16So I finally got a call back on Monday from the general manager. He gave me a bunch of excuses and said I would not be getting a refund. He did offer the absorb the $500 in Ohio sales taxes but I told him at this point I was not interested. 12/23/16 A Tammy McVay answered my complaint. looks to be just rhetoric as she has given a review of her own and answered other complaints exactly the same as mine. I did email her yesterday no response. Wonder if she is even a real employee. 12/26/16 still have not heard from anyone at the dealership. I'm guessing they sell too many cars to care.
