Great customer service. Delivery crew was early but totally fine waiting on me to get back home. They were helpful, experienced, precise and very professional. Were able to maneuver our new refrigerator around some tight corners with ease. Hooked everything up perfectly, set the temperatures and even filtered out the water for me. Great crew.

I had a great experience with Yale Appliance. I replaced my 17 year-old dryer with a similar new one. I was able to handle everything over the phone and have the new dryer delivered in a few days. The delivery process was very efficient. They gave me a two-hour time window the day before delivery and the day of, I got a link to a map showing where the delivery truck was and an estimated time of arrival which was very accurate. The delivery guys were friendly, efficient and professional. I highly recommend Yale.

I am very happy with Yale Appliance. They kept me up to date while my dishwasher was on order, gave me a 2 hour window the day before installation, and showed up on-time. The installers were thorough and friendly. I am very happy with the Bosch dishwasher and will never waste my time with a big box store again. It was a little more money, but worth it for the service and professional installation.

We had an in-person appointment over the tax-free weekend after I had done the research to choose a couple of refrigerator candidates. In the end we found just what we wanted in the Yale Outlet. We always appreciate the expertise of the staff; they did not pressure us in any way to settle for something we did not want. The help service on the website was, in fact helpful. The woman who took my call about the Outlet fridge was quick and very warm. We have to call out especially the delivery experience with Enio, Guillermo, and Cesar. They were actually a bit early than the promised time frame. All wearing masks and very careful. I was impressed that three of them came which ensured safety. They even waited while we finished our prep. They helped us move the old fridge downstairs, above and beyond their duties, I suspect. It was quick and clean work. Thanks again, Yale!

During this time of COVID, Yale Appliance was easy to get a hold of and very helpful. I have difficult and skinny basement steps that we needed to get a new dryer through. Everything went smoothly from purchase to delivery. Great service. Nice people. It was all exactly what I had expected and communication was great. Prices were good as well and were equal or lower than the large home improvement stores. I am very happy to have purchased my appliance from Yale.

We purchased all new appliances from Yale during our recent kitchen renovation. We worked with Paul Groux. Paul was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, took the time to really understand what we were looking for and then worked well with all involved. We have been thrilled with the suite purchased. We also purchased beautiful lights for above the island from Yale. The crowning touch was to have Chef Saba Wahid demonstrate in our home the best way to use the appliances. This was extremely helpful as I hadn’t yet mastered the steam oven now very confident.

Once again Yale Appliance has more than met my expectations! First off, Stan Pendrak quickly arranged for service for my appliance. Today Dave arrived as scheduled and fixed the issue with fridge and then helped with different appliance "glitch". He is polite, knowledgeable and very efficient. All in all, another two thumbs up and high five experience with Yale Appliance. Thank you all - you are a great team!

I used to trust Yale Appliance and be happy to pay a premium to them for better quality and service. Now, the company that I liked and trusted has basically taken my money and ghosted.

I needed a new door gasket for a washer, minor thing. They charged $450 to replace the gasket on the washer and reset the dryer. Seemed pretty high, but you pay for better service, so no problem.

The tech came and left knowing he didn't have a part that holds the gasket on but didn't tell me. Just got my signature and left. It fell off during the first wash. I called

They sent another tech a week or so later and he had no idea what was wrong. Of course, no part either. Why did I waste a whole morning waiting for someone who had no idea why he was even there?

3 weeks now and they don't return my calls. What's worse, they charged my credit card up front, so I have no recourse. Please don't do business with Yale Appliance anymore.

Amazing delivery service by Juan and Eric! They arrived right on time, took my washer out in no time (carrying it on their backs, which was crazy), brought my new one in, set it up and were in and out very quickly - which was amazing since I then didn't have to miss my daughter's soccer game! They were extremely professional and friendly. Awesome team - thank you Juan and Eric!!

Derek knows his product, he was able quickly diagnose the issue, order the detail, then came in a few days and efficiently installed the broken part. Derek was extremely polite and professional. Just received my new washer and dryer and I couldn't be happier. Byron, Michael and Denis, truck #11 delivered and set up my appliances and did a very professional job. I asked them to take special care of my deck which was just painted when they brought in the w/d. They didn't leave a scratch. They installed the new w/d very quickly and efficiently. It was great that I didn't have to do anything. They had all the extra pieces for installation. Excellent job! Also they offered to deliver earlier than scheduled which worked out really well for me. Thanks for making my life easier.

I have had an Excellent Experience with Yale Appliance. The associates in the sales department were great and extremely helpful in answering any questions I had about the appliances I was about to purchase for a rehab I am working on. They worked to find the "Best Fit" for the home and my budget. I can't say enough good things.

The appliances were delivered today and Eric, Pedro, and Edwin from Truck 2 were polite professional and I was amazed how quickly and easily they worked to get the appliances into the unit (which was looking to be a challenge) as the doors and hallway leading into the house are very narrow. They were successful in getting them all in there and without any bumps or scratches.

I will definately recommend Yale Appliance to anyone looking for new appliances or lighting.

We are so happy we chose Yale for our appliances. It was the best part of our kitchen renovation experience. The showroom is awesome- huge selection of brands and appliances plus the best part: fresh baked cookies. Our sales rep Alex helped us find what we were looking for and he was extremely proactive and responsive when it came to working with our contractors. Kevin's delivery crew was timely, professional, and nice. And best of all, Yale has a 90-day price match guarantee. When our appliances went on sale with another store, we were able to email Alex and he credited us the price difference. I would highly recommend Yale.

I had a great experience with Yale Service-called about a non-operational refrigerator and service sent someone out the next day. Derek Martin arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered parts. Service then called me when the parts arrived and then scheduled another visit. I was pleased to see Derek show up again-early this time- and he fixed the problem quickly and efficiently, leaving my kitchen very clean.

Eddie was awesome to deal with over the phone, as I am on Cape. He was super helpful, and I ended up with a better dishwasher for about the same money, thanks to rebates and a better price than Falmouth. I will definately shop with him again!

You can't beat Yale Appliance. They've been the most impressive company for all the years we've used them. One of their teams, Jeff and Jared, just installed a new dishwasher for us after removing the old one. They couldn't have been more courteous, more careful, more skilled or more professional.
