I have been ordering flowers from Waltham's Florist for years - We continue to be impressed with the quality of the product and the variety of design they put together on special orders. This last bouquet for my 25th wedding anniversary was spectacular. I don't order flowers from anywhere else since I found Waltham's Florist and there are plenty of opportunities being in Lexington … Delivery is outstanding as well

I placed an order with Waltham's Florist for flower delivery to Weston. I needed a beautiful sympathy arrangement, and I wanted to make sure it would be on time and appropriate. I got a call that one of the flowers was unavailable, and they provided a recommendation for a replacement. It was a very pleasant experience, and the recipient also let me know they were a stunning piece. So grateful to Waltham's Florist!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Flowers are always fresh and last a long time. Ordering flowers was easy. I spoke to a very knowledgeable and pleasant staff member when I ordered. Pick up was a snap. The arrangement looked great. Best of all, my wife loved the flowers!

I usually order by phone and every time I have called, I have had excellent customer service. She has always been patient, kind and helpful to enable me to personalize my order. I am a repeat customer. It all started with someone having sent me a get well bouquet last summer and I loved it so much that I kept it in mind when I needed to order for other occasions. It is my new go-to florist.

Waltham's Florist was amazing. I live in California and wanted to send my boyfriend's family flowers, as a thank you, and they live in Newton, MA. I chose Waltham's because they had great reviews and i didn't trust other online flower delivery services. Waltham's did not disappoint. The flowers got there on time and were fresh and so beautiful! I will definitely be using them again.

Ordered flowers for a retirement gift. EXCELLENT service throughout! The florist was so patient with all my questions and requests and sent me text with pictures. The arrangement was gorgeous! It looked very fancy and was a fair price. Great flowers, great design, great team. Used them a second time and will be going back!

This business is run by great people. Called to get flowers (w/ vase & balloons) delivered for my wife on our 20th anniversary. They guided me on selection. Excellent service. I ordered a plant online after hours for a Funeral service the next day. Delivery was flawless and the plant was absolutely beautiful. From that to walking in for a simple wrapped rose or a balloon order and knowing every time I’m treated with a smile, compassion and sometimes even a story. Love this place.

WOW!!!!!!! Received a beautiful bouquet of roses today from Walthams Florist and I am super impressed with how large the bouquet is and the freshness of the roses! Just exquisite! Also the order was placed online at 10:30A and the flowers were delivered at 11:15A!!!!!!!!!!! Amazing customer service! Highly recommended. I will definitely be using this florist in the future

Jimmy was absolutely amazing for our wedding. He helped create floral centerpieces & bouquets and the end result was beyond anything We could imagine. We described what we envisioned and our color theme and Jimmy and his amazing team delivered the most beautiful flower arrangements we could ask for. I've used Waltham's Florist several times to send my wife flowers at work. They always have really nice arrangements that actually end up looking like the photos on their site, which I think is great. They deliver fast (Today I ordered at 10:30am, and the delivery was at 2:30pm) which I think is awesome. Never had a problem, highly recommended.

A colleague sent flowers to me as a thank you.. I was having lunch with friends when my cellphone rang, but I didn't pick up. About an hour later as I pulled into my driveway, a car pulled in right behind me.. a woman got out and immediately started saying in an annoyed voice "I've been trying to call you- I called your home and cell- I have to deliver these flowers." I hadn't been expecting flowers and it's not my job to make sure I'm home for the florist, but I was polite and delighted that my colleague was thoughtful enough to send them. It was a Christmas cactus with deep pink blooms in a box with red tissue paper, so lovely to see. But once I'd removed the box and paper, I found that the pot was a dirty and scratched simple clay pot. I love the look of the clay pots, but I know they are super inexpensive and couldn't believe they would use a dirty one- with no drain plate for the bottom, which would have cost about.25 cents. I tried to scrub it clean but the stains won't come off.. So it was a disappointment.

Over the past year I have used Waltham's Florist about 5 or 6 times! Each time they delivered the same exceptional service, quality and professionalism. One of the events I used them for was my wedding. My bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets were stunning. I was beyond happy with them. I didn't even look anywhere else for my flowers, I knew this was the place for me. They deliver when you want, where you want and are always on time! The flowers for my sisters shower were out of this world. Anytime in the future that I need flowers, this is the place I will go. The staff has always accommodated any request I have had. Love this place a million times and I am so happy I found it!
