Vinny was awesome - came right on time, fixed my issue with my heat immediately, and explained everything he was doing thoroughly/answered all my questions. Very friendly and professional - highly recommend! Update - used them again for heating repair and maintenance, Zane came out and fixed the job quickly. Steve and Dan were wonderful and did a fine job of diagnosing, explaining and fixing the problem with my toilet! I needed to rebuild and change the shutoff valve. Did the job in a very timely manner including going to get the parts.

Another great job by Winters. Tony was fantastic and did an excellent job with my toilet repair. Very satisfied with his work. Great personality as well!

Winters has serviced our home heating system in both our old house and new residence, including extensive work since we moved into the latter in late June. The professionalism and courtesy of the technicians (very polite, punctual and knowledgeable) stands out and is greatly appreciated. We were continually kept abreast of how each issue/project was being resolved and progressing. Kenny from Winters was very responsive and attentive to every call. Vinny and Anthony, in particular, handled even the silliest of questions and concerns with plenty of patience and thorough explanations.

On 10/1/20 we needed our Alpine boiler repaired. Jamie (James) was the technician who responded to our call and paid a weekend visit to initially diagnose the problem. He was polite, professional and communicative, keeping me informed of each step in the process. James had to return to our home after the necessary parts had been shipped to the storehouse. His service and attitude remained consistent, despite a somewhat difficult diagnosis. Before deciding on our course of action, Jamie presented other options (including replacing the entire boiler system). But there was never any pressure to choose a more costly alternative. To the contrary, he provided enough information and a thorough explanation to be confident in my choice. There's a sense that Winters, from the technicians to their manager who answered my initial 'emergency call' are interested in long-term relationships with their clients. As a homeowner, that's very reassuring.

Zane arrived within 30 minutes of my (8:30 PM) call to Winters and quickly fixed my overflowing condensate pump. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. Great technicians like Zane are why I've relied on Winters for expert heating, cooling and plumbing services for the last 4 years. I highly recommend Zane and Winters!

I've recently needed to change my furnace quickly before winter started. My parents started to feel weird and it came down to furnace had a crack and was leaking carbon monoxide. Vincent came over with a great attitude and smile. He performed everything he needed to do thoroughly and was very straightforward with he best recommendation. Aj and Brad were the installers and was courteous with what was needed to be done. The job didn't take long to finish. I would recommend them for your needs in a heart beat.

I had a problem with a clogged toilet the day after thanksgiving. I called Winters and they had an associate to me within the hour. Our fellow could not have been nicer. It was a difficult job since there was most likely a toy down the toilet that did not want to budge. Joe explained everything to me. He was courteous, hard, hard working, knew what he was doing and kept me informed along the way. From 1-10 I would give joe an 11.
I can't recommend this company more highly. If you have a plumbing problem. CALL THEM

Vinnie came to my house several weeks ago to tune up my furnace for the winter.
I was impressed with his manners, punctuality, tidiness and skill.
I discussed central a/c with him at that visit and concerns we were having not getting enough hot water.
He saw that our water heater was almost 12 years old which was surely the problem.
Within a few weeks we had called him back and had the new water heater installed.
With 2 assistants whom he directed, the job was done perfectly.
While on site we mentioned a clogged shower drain.
He arranged for plumbers to arrive during his visit and the job was done.
We continued to assess the a/c situation which he did thoroughly taking into consideration the age,
100 years old, and size, large, of the house.
If we decide to proceed with the a/c we will alsolutely call Vinnie.

Zane was very professional and courteous. Our heating system had been misbehaving of late, and he came to take a look. Upon diagnosing the issue, he quickly fixed it (a simple valve that needed to be open). Offered some additional service for one of our heating zones because there seemed to be a lot of air in it, but was not pushy about it. I would definitely call Winters again if I had an issue.

Winters is an excellent HVAC and plumbing service company. They are my choice for servicing my furnace (and they provide long term contracts which give discounts on other services). They are trustworthy and reliable. They are on the high side price-wise, but you get what you pay for.

The two guys arrived promptly, understood the problem quickly and accurately, offered two alternative fixes and the price for each. They worked efficiently and completed the job in an appropriate amount of time. They were friendly, careful in their work, and answered questions about the problem and the fix, and cleaned up when they were done.

Exactly as good as you could hope for. Would definitely recommend Mike and Joe if you need plumbing repair.

I had three positive experiences with Winters. Once, my heat pump had broken. They replaced it immediately. Before the warranty ran out, the pump failed and they replaced it for free. Most recently they came on the coldest day of the year to adjust my gas furnace. Each time they arrived exactly when they said they would and quoted the price of the work before doing it. Totally honest and reliable company.

Impressive customer service. Reported a broken boiler at 7:30 AM and was told the someone would call me at 8"00 which they did; technician called twice en route to my house; arrived at 9:00 AM as planned to find the boiler running. I was told my service call would be canceled and was not charged! So grateful.

I had called winters plumbing and had Amanda scheduled to come out for an 8 AM call, got a call from the business said that the guy would be here at 9 AM he was prompt and courteous, I got distracted with phone calls when the plumber went to my house and viewed two toilets that needed changing at Vandy put in the old vanity taken out, and a mirror installed, he gave me a quote that apparently I had miss read I thought he was higher than all the others and he said "we are a premium company that's why her prices are higher. When the work was done I was shocked at the cost of having two toilets installed, I had purchased the toilets, Mirror, and vanity elsewhere and we're here, ready to be installed the vanity was pre-assembled, he spent a good amount of time here about four hours and gave me a bill of $2555 and change !! I almost died when I saw the breakdown to take out an old vanity which took him less than 20 minutes to do, and put in the pre-assembled one while at the same time chipping paint off of the wall and knocking a chip of marble off the sink. When I asked him could he give me a discount for the damaged brand-new furniture he had just done, he said I'll give you a $50 discount, like he was doing me a favor I would never use this company again beware! The work is good but they are rip off artist they were $1400 higher than any other estimates that I got, the only reason why I had them do it was because I am moving out of state with in a few days and did not have the time to deal with anything else I feel totally taken advantage of
