I arrived for my appointment on time and was immediately met with prompt courteous service. Customer waiting area was very comfortable with the availability of coffee and other assorted drinks.
Ahead of my vehicle being finished, with what I initially brought it in for, I received a text initiated by the dealership with information suggesting additional areas on the vehicle requiring attention that I was previously unaware of. While I didn’t have time to complete these services I found the information valuable and plan to follow up with the additional services in the near future.

Markus and the team are always so helpful, providing all kinds of support, answering questions and marking sure, you leave the shop satisfied. It is so much easier when your car and your concern are addressed. Thank you, I never head an issue with Mini-Service Department. kudos
I’ve been leasing a Mini from Mini of Peabody for years and can’t imagine going to any other dealership. They are the epitome of customer first and building long-term relationships with their customers. In all the years, they’ve never tried to sell me more of a car I need, always patiently laying out all my options, and guiding me toward the best balance of features and cost. They make the whole process of transferring cars so pain free that I essentially show up and that’s it! I think every dealership could learn from Mini of Peabody! They’re one of a kind!
I was treated with respect and generosity. I took my Mini in for service. Throughout the process I was kept informed about what was working and what needed work with comments and videos. I was also kept informed about timing. When I needed help to make an appointment, my service rep came up with a clever and supportive idea. As a woman who doesn’t know a lot about cars, I don’t always feel trusting when my. car needs service. I was happily surprised. Thank you Mini of Peabody.
Excellent service and friendly staff! Would definitely recommend to a friend. 5 stars across the board.
Rich Tran is truly the man. My girlfriend purchased her 2nd car from him last week, our 4th total car we've purchased through MINI of Peabody. He was helpful from start to finish, went well above and beyond to make sure that she was happy with the overall process, and truly treats his customers more like friends. Never have I experienced his level of professionalism, calm demeanor, and transparency in any sales environment in my life. We will be back when we're ready for the next MINI.
Mini of Peabody has trained its entire staff for success. Service and Hospitality is quite evident in all facets of my experience. Richad Tran is my salesperson as not just for the two new leases that we aquired but for the future!
Best car buying experience I’ve ever had! It was actually fun and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rich Tran is THE best. If you’re looking to buy a mini and want a fun car buying experience, definitely seek Rich out at Mini of Peabody.
This happened back in 2014. I owned a 2003 Mini Cooper for a couple years in Maine. This was the closest Mini dealership to me but when I purchased the car, I only received one key so I had to get a new one and get it programmed. Everything with the key went fine. I am a HUGE Mini Cooper fan and had been wanting to drive one of the new ones with NO INTENT TO PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE. I spoke with one of the sales people, Kelly, and he agreed to go on a test drive with me. Long story short, Kelly tried REALLY hard to sell me a 2011 Mini when I made it abundantly clear that I didn't have the money to get a new one. He then went and got the sales manager, Harley, and he tried to get me to buy it by offering me a really good deal on it. I said I probably would not, but that I wanted to talk to my dad about it first because he would help me think about it logically. After I spoke with him, I called Harley and told him that I had thought about it and had decided that I was going to stick with the car I had because I just simply did not have the money to buy a new car. He made a very insulting remark about my dad "putting the kibosh" on me getting a new car, and I told him very quickly that this had been MY decision and that I had asked for my dad's advice. I still love Mini Coopers. But I was disappointed with how they tried to take advantage of me and then made an insulting remark about my dad when I ultimately made the decision to not purchase it. No idea if either of those guys are still there, but I just thought it was important that people know that you do have to be careful sometimes.
I used this dealership because it is close to where I live. I went for regular maintenance last year. They recommended two front tire change, so I allowed them to replace the tires. After couple days I picked it up, the car was not drivable as they didn't tighten the wheels. They ended up fixing it and replaced another tire for free.
The same situation happened again. The engine light went on after I drove it for less than 100 miles. They sent staff to pick it up and replaced the oxygen sensor.
I was here twice in my search for a MINI, and was quite displeased with the service I received both times, but for different reasons. I was very surprised, since they seemed to have some nice reviews. My main complaints with this dealership are (1) they play very, very fast and loose with the price/numbers trying to close a deal and leave out fees, financing costs, etc to try to get you to agree, (2) they are very high-pressure to make an immediate deal that day, to the point of being insulting, (3) they price their used cars at least $1k over NADA or KBB values (so make sure to talk them down at least $1k-$2k if you do go in) and (4) they don't show CARFAX on the website if there has been a problem with the car historically, they only do it for clean CARFAX. And you want to have the CARFAX on a car like a MINI that has been prone to below-average reliability.
My first time in, the sales person seemed unwilling to really help explain the features of the car, and just gave us the keys, did a quick walkthrough, and went back inside. It was my first time driving an F56, and I was unaware of some of the changes from the R56, which he didn't bother to ask about. Additionally, despite saying up front that I would not be buying that day (I always like to sleep on large decisions), when we returned, the pricing manager acted like an absolutely terrible person trying to close the deal, and trying to belittle me into doing it to the point of being offensive and insulting. He actually yelled at us as we were leaving. Needless to say, I did not buy the car.
The second time, I told the sales person up front not to even bring him (the pricing manager) over or else I was walking immediately. I will say the second time, the sales person was very kind and helpful. However, that time, the car they had advertised was a 2013 Spice Orange and in the listing online was noted as having only 500 miles on it (and priced accordingly), but when I got there, the car turned out to have ~42k miles on it, and when I pointed this out to them, they refused to admit the mistake and reprice the car accordingly, so I did not buy it (and it appears to still have not sold at the time of this post). I would avoid this place at all costs, you are spending too much of your hard earned money on a car to have to deal with swindlers. The other MINI dealer (Herb Chambers in Boston) is far better on price and quality of service.
Best car dealership experience I ever had. There were issues with the title of our latest purchase, and the dealership made sure we had transportation and did everything they could to accommodate us while we squared away the title.
I got a gorgeous 2016 convertible S from here. Service advisor Richard was very kind and nicely communicated and texted(!) with me. He explained everything and helped in installing nice accessories for me. Sales manager Frank Gambone was also very cool guy and he assisted me a lot in getting MY Aqua Mini (finally). This guy is real. Pick some Mini you 'd love to get then talk with him. He can help you in getting it at right price. I recommend this Mini dealer near Boston area, little bit far but their price and inventory were the best.
They got me into a beautiful new (used) mini for a price I could afford. Very professional, no long waits trying to make a deal. We are super pleased.
I have been going to Mini of Peabody since I purchased my Roadster in 2013. Each time they meet and exceed expectations in regards to quality, speed, communication and customer care. Everyone I have interacted with is friendly and helpful. Service is done efficiently and, if it's going to take time, they work with you to provide a loaner. I love that they always do a great job of cleaning the car after service and will often leave you a bottle of water inside. It's a nice touch. I will continue to visit Mini of Peabody long after my included maintenances have expired.
F**k this place. Everyone who works there are arrogant a**holes with no respect and act like the world owes them something. They need to realize they work for mini not RR, the salesmen are pig headed and sexist, the type that will tell a woman she needs special blinker fluid an sell her bs she doesn't need. If it weren't for the arrogance of the employees it wouldn't be bad.
As always service at MINI of Peabody outstanding. Graham was excellent at evaluating all that needed to be done and gave good advice and communicated with me throughout the process. Very comfortable while waiting for car.
Great service at Mini of Peabody, MA. They even cleaned my car!
