A huge shout out to Steve Matarazzo and his team! I have been a devoted long-time patient and can't emphasize how much trust I place in him. I have had extensive dental work done and have trusted him and his team to provide expert care. From cleanings to diagnostics to insurance expertise, I've always been given honest opinions and options. Hats off to Steve and his crew!

Stephen Matarazzo is one of the best Dentist around. He has taken care of my Choppers for 2 years. I have called him on Emergencies late at night. And he has made time in his Busy schedule to see me. In my book He is a 10 star Dentist..

I can not give enough starts for Dr. Matarazzo.
Quick back story:
I have really bad anxiety and a very hard time going to the dentist, hence the poor condition of my teeth.
I have Mass Health. I broke my tooth in November. I went to 4 different dentists. I have extensive decay and needed a lot of work done. Because my insurance does not cover much, I was told to remove my 4 front teeth and "just get dentures".
I decided to seek a second opinion from a non mass health Dentist. After much research I found Dr. Matarazzo.
From the very 1st phone call with Joanne, I knew I was heading in the right direction. They scheduled me a complimentary consultation.
His personality and passion for his specialty put me at ease immediately. He was incredibly professional and really gave me thorough information about my options, in which prior to seeing him, I had only 1 option. Dentures. At 33 years old.
He followed up with me twice with a personal letter and a 4 step plan, which would allow me to save my actual teeth!
I decided to do a bridge on my 4 front teeth. I walked into the office morning of appointment and had 3 dedicated hours. I was his only patient. His assistant (I forget her name) was amazing. She made me feel at ease and chatted with me to keep me calm.
The procedure was 100% painless. 2 teeth extractions, shaping of teeth etc. I had 0 anxiety while I was working with him and his team. (For me, this was a miracle)
I left his office with a beautiful new smile!
Dr. Matarazzo saved my smile. I literally write this with tears in my eyes and a beautiful smile on my face.

I had such a great experience with Dr. Matarazzo. I knocked my front teeth out about 11 years ago and was looking for a more permanent solution to help make my smile natural. I decided to go to Dr. Matarazzo for crowns. He made each step of the process really straightforward and simple. He was very careful to make sure my teeth were exactly as I wanted them to look. I am SO happy with the result. My crowns look like natural, beautiful front teeth. The entire staff is wonderful. I even went back for a follow-up so Dr. Matarazzo could make sure I was 100% satisfied a week later. I am extremely satisfied and would 100% recommend anyone to Dr. Matarazzo for cosmetic dental surgery. I couldn’t have had a better experience for my teeth - which we all know are really important!

I have always been afraid of going back to the dentist after a really bad experience the last time I had gone so I didn't go for almost 10 years. But that won't happen anymore after seeing Dr matarazzo. He took the time to get to know me and ask me questions and let me voice my concerns. He is extremely compassionate and an all around nice person. Everyone in his office is fantastic. I highly suggest you go here:)

I am a dentist on Madison Avenue in Manhattan. I know Dr. M for over 10 years and we graduated from the same school. Dr. M is an amazingly caring person. He puts his all in every person in his care and has special expertise inmore challenging situations such as implants and dentures, things most dentists do not. He I always looong to improve his skills and take courses to learn the latest innovations that can help his patients. I would trust Dr. M

I came here and they said my procedure would be $2500 after insurance. Good thing I got my money back and went to another dentist who is only going to charge me $500 (Cambridge Dental Associates). Be careful because they almost ripped me for $2,000. I will never step foot in this place again and will definitely check back to make sure they haven't removed my review because this is where I found this dentist and there is no way that I am the only one.

I have been seeing Dr. Matarazzo for 2 years. I always get the best care from my hygienist Dawn. Dr. Matarazzo even removed 2 of my wisdom teeth. Despitemy anxiety about the procedure, all went smoothly and I healed quickly. He is the best dentist I have ever had.

I've gone here 5 times now with my wife for both teeth cleanings and surgery. The staff are very warm and friendly. The service is very professional and high quality: my wife got her wisdom teeth out as well as another dental surgery and was happy as a clam the whole way through (as well as after!). Even though we live in Cambridge, I'm not sure we'll switch dentists. We love this place!

Dr. Stephen was awesome. While in Boston I broke my crown and he was my first call. They were able to fit me in between other clients and provided great advice. By the end of the day I was back in business. I definitely would recommend his office to anyone.

HIGHLY recommended! I was in an accident that left me with a very sensitive fractured tooth and severe mouth injuries. Dr. Matarazzo scheduled an emergency consultation just days after my accident, and after my mouth had a chance to heal, gave me the most beautiful temporary tooth I could have imagined. I never thought I would be laughing and joking while having a root canal, but Dr. M. and Krista made me feel so comfortable, and their chemistry made it clear that I was in the best hands possible! I'm still waiting for my porcelain crown to arrive, but Dr. M. even put in a call to have it rushed! Great guy, even better doctor.
