It's out of the way for most folks, but it's so worth it. The building, itself, is so charming. Staff is so helpful and they care about their customers. The foodexceptional! The deli has the best sandwiches, soups, and quiche. The bakery is amazing. You can't leave without some of the goodies and breads. Don't miss this wonderful place!

Best German bakery in central Florida!! Always fresh ingredients and baked with care. Everything I've had from there has been very tasty. My girlfriend lived in Germany and stated how authentic the food was.

Used to go there all the time back in the early 2000's; but we moved further away. We tried visiting there twice now in the last month; but the food is not as good, the service was not as good either; but we took some sourdough home that was pretty good. That's why I rated this okay. I don't believe I'll go out of my way to eat there like we used to unless things change; but next door is the blue bayou blueberry farm that I love! :D

They really need more help when they have special events ! Better parking lot would be nice too, especially for motorcycles. I don't think the owner is into bikes , but a lot of us like this place as a destination. The events are nice , bakery is outstanding ! And the deli is good too. Sorry to see the fence that was put up between the bakery and the distillery. Guess I won't be going over there anymore

Great German bakery with yummy deli food and sweet treats. I took home the raisin bread and it was a hit with the family. The ladies at the bakery counter were extremely friendly and helpful with great suggestions. Although the guy in the deli just did his job with no smile and almost seemed like I was bothering him. No worries though because my quiche and salad were delicious. Unfortunately, I was pretty hungry and forgot to take pictures. Next time I will. Will definitely be back.

We had the bakery, really good. The deli side was putting out some tasty looking plates as well. Accommodated over 60 proud Indian motorcycle riders. Great job.

Delicious bakery items! We tried the ham and cheese croissant and a raspberry coffee cake on the spot and brought home a pretzel loaf and baguette rolls. Can't wait to get back.

A peaceful place for a breakfast or lunch if you like German food. Pistachio coconat macaroons were really good. Pretzels were blah, they microwaved them, which made them hard and tasteless. There was live music. Nice experience overall.

Excellent bakery that has become a destination for locals and tourists alike. Breads, cookies, pastries and deli sandwiches can be found here. Live music on the outdoor stage every weekend makes this a great place to meet friends. My wife and I stopped in as we embarked on a weekend road trip and self-indulgently bought every flavor of shortbread cookie they had- the lavender, pistachio, rosemary, and orange ginger flavors are still memorable- they made for tasty munching during the rest of our day's travels!

The bakery side has lots of specialty breads and interesting pastries. The deli has a lot of unique meats and sandwich options. The bakery team is always friendly and helpful, while on the deli side you better be ready to wait forever and they aren't really wanting to go out of their way to assist you.

Well worth the drive just to see this place! I purchased several types of bread and found them quite average to poor. Others that came with us felt the same way about the breads. The desserts, on the other hand, are amazing! This little oasis in the middle of nowhere is nothing but stunning as you drive up. There is an outdoor bar area with a large eating area for sandwiches, etc. Next door, make sure you go into the little store and grab some fresh fruit. I was there in blueberry season and they had the best blueberries I have had in years. I picked up some Amish butter as well. Make a day of it and go. It is worth the drive.

Authentic German bakery. Very good food in the deli. Usually a moderate wait time since food is prepared fresh. Moderately priced. Worth a visit every now and then when you need to take a long lunch.

Great variety of choices from pasties to gluten free items. They also have coffee drinks and fresh made bread as well. The pretzel rolls and buns looked delicious! Very hard to restrain myself, but I made it! The young lady at the counter was new, but she was very helpful and courteous to her customer's needs.

We had a very nice light lunch. The croissant with turkey and cheese was nice and tasty. As always the German Apple Pie never goes out of style and is highly enjoyed.

As a note since we were here sometime ago. A new tall fence has been erected between the bakery and the market. This was slightly disappointing, but realise that things happen. We did not go to the Market due to this. Maybe a gate? With a lock when you don't want people walking through the grass, only open on the weekend? Just a suggestion. :)

Much enjoyed as always! Keep up the yummy work.

I don't like the fence in-between the bakery and the great place next door that sells the organic food and the pure blueberry moonshine.. that place is super. You can get pasture eggs , home grown tomatoes and about ,8 types of organic greens. That is the real treasure on that site. I just love their tomatoes pie. I'd never heard. Of that but one bite and I was hooked on it. That's such a local delicacy I look forward to.
