This is by far my favorite trampoline place to go to! Kaylee is by far the nicest and most knowledgeable employee at Extreme Air on Ray Rd. Thanks for making our visits fun!

Staff is all super nice and the facility is way cleaner than any other trampoline park that I have been to. My kids had so much fun in the foam pit and the obstacle course and I cannot wait to come back. Oh and for teenagers, the professionalism is off the charts!

This place already has an old feel to it and they just redid the inside. They should have more seating for parents who take the hour as a chance to sit and relax. Instead they have one couch in the toddler section with nice big springs that poke your bottom!

Horrible experience. They don't have enough staff to take care of everything they should. Waited 20 mins in their snack bar because I was told over the phone I could purchase water there. Instead I wasted almost half our time there waiting to buy water and whe. I asked if someone could help me the cashier rudely snapped at me and then went back to looking at her phone. Needless to say our biweekly trips will be moved to jumpstreet since they know how to treat their customers. Don't bother with this placement pay the extra three dollars at jumpstreet for a better park and a company that cares about their customers

This is a great place to take kids especially during the summer when it's hot outside. The under 6 area has a really nice climbing structure and some trampolines that they can jump on, and it was only $5 for the hour. The only thing I would say is there's not much seating for adults you want to stay and watch their kids. If you want to enjoy the rest of the area it's $11 an hour, all in all not bad!

I dont know why everyone is saying sh*t about this place they probably just didnt follow the rules so they got pissed and wrote these reviews ME PERSONALLY(cant underline so i improvised) everyones nice just dont get on their mean side.

We got there hour and a 1/2 before closing and the only way we can play for the full period if we pey for 2 hours .

Look, I don't ask for much. I know it's a kids place and therefor stinky. But for God sake with the prices you people are charging you could at least have a couch for a mom to sit in that doesn't have spring popping out at my ass. Your like the slumlords of play places. And please remind your staff that 95.999% of people in this world hate their jobs. Buck up and lose the attitude, and study hard.
