Was very impressed, being that I called from Florida ordering an arrangement to be delivered to family of a loved one that had recently passed. The arrangement was beautiful, bright, and full and even took time out to send me a photo before delivering, all in a timely and sensitive matter. Would highly recommend!

This is a nice flower shop . They are very helpful. Sometimes they don't deliver right I think that time that you need them to but that's usually just when they're really busy but other than that this is a great flower shop and I will definitely shop there again. Good people.

It pays to shop local! I had a major fail for my daughters Birthday, when the mass market comapny that I ordered flowers from failed to deliver. The ladies at State Fair worked with me over the phone so I could figure out something special to create for her. I had a very sepecific flower in mind. It was very short notice request. When I arrived at the store they had things set aside for me based on the description I had given them. I was in and out in nder 15 minutes with a custom flower arrangement. I will seek thier expertise and customer service first when I need flowers in the future!

I order a nice floral arrangement for my Daughter in Law's birthday annually from these people.
Today I was ordering a $35 bouquet for her. I added a card for $4.99 and started to check out online, and there I found about $50 of various fees and she lives in Sedalia. Delivery $20, Sales fee $19 plus 2-3 other little goofy charges for which I got nothing.
This ends my association with State Fair Floral after many years.

We had a mishap where my online order for a friend's funeral was not processed and they had no record of the order. The staff was extremely friendly and apologetic. They delivered a huge plant dress up in carnations just hours later and a cute seasonal gift for me to express their apologies. I was so impressed by their customer service that I will continue to shop this local floral shop for all of my needs. Thank you State Fair Floral for going above and beyond in making it right!

I was in a pinch for my sister's wedding, one phone call later these folks had saved the day with a gorgeous design and perfectly priced flowers! AMAZING! I only wish I could give more than 5 stars.

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT RECOMMEND:
I would not suggest for wedding flowers! When my original plan for flowers weren't ordered on time I switched my flower arrangement around to better suit the company as well as the florist when I was informed by the wedding consultant that she would be on vacation, and her replacement wouldn't be able to complete such a difficult arrangement. When I went to pick up my bouquet on my wedding day the flowers I received were NOT what I wanted at all!! And the staff, including the owner were nothing but entirely rude about it and did absolutely nothing to make their mistake better. I will never purchase from them again. My relatives also expressed their opinions regarding this matter, only to get rude comments back from the owner. Our comments were deleted from her facebook. Along with any other comments of this nature. It is not fair in the least for citizens to be unaware of matters like this when choosing their wedding florist. The only comment she had back to my mother was that, they "inform" all of their brides of the policies regarding ordering wedding flowers. Well I guess they failed in this case, or I would not have called them 2 weeks before my wedding to confirm my order and receive a move definitive price quote. I was never informed I was to pay in advance. Regardless of who was right and who was wrong in this situation, My family and I have been treated disrespectfully and just down right rude by the owner and staff. No matter who is at fault, they did nothing to try and make it okay, didn't offer a discount or even a discount off of a next order. Nothing was offered to me to make this better, not to mention no one should be talked to the way I was treated that day. None the less on my wedding day
