Horrible place! I wish I listened to the reviews! So many issues with constantly changing dentist, lying about their promos (trust me u won't get what you want). They will push your appointment months out. So you think your treatment will be 2 years? Nope more like 3 1/2. And your teeth don't come out super straight either. Save your money, go somewhere else.

I do not reccomend this place if you are looking to get to braces. They treat you horribly and the girl at the front desk always treats you with attitude. I asked for a copy of my recipe of my payment and didn't want to give me one not only that but they charged me twice because they said I missed a payment and I keep my recipes I know I didn't. They also make appointments for you but always make you wait over 30 minutes.

Don’t ever come here especially to get or remove braces. They don’t know what they’re doing here. Better off at absolute dental they take months to see you and are rude as hell. They’ll even schedule you to come in on a day they aren’t open and lie and say they didn’t

Front desk was normal. The doctor was good, the assistant did pretty much everything, she was really good. But then I got this one small Hispanic woman with really long fake nails take my x-rays. She didn’t give me the chest covering and she messed up on my x-rays SO MANY times. Even tho she had gloves on her nails were disgusting, especially with the epidemic right now! Who knows what’s hiding underneath those things, I was so so so uncomfortable with her touching around my face even with the gloves!!!!

And about the x-ray thing, I get that it’s really not that strong but she really didn’t give me the cover to wear. She took a bunch of x-rays and she actually messed up on a lot. She had to keep readjusting and re-doing them! Without me wearing any protection.

They’ve already should’ve been trained in a dental program. Next time hire someone competent enough to do the job correctly, that was the worst experience ever at a dental office. Just those short moments changed everything

Honestly this place is the worst. I made the mistake to get braces at this place & I couldn’t wait to get them off and never come back here. They have horrible customer service, whenever I called to make appointments the person answering was rude. The place is also not very clean. I honestly wanted to go some place else but I paid for everything in advance. Also they make you wait for ever even though you have to make appointments, there were times where I waited for more then an hour just to be called back and wait some more. Also on my last visit they said they would call me in to pick up my retainer & that never happened, I had to call in instead. And when I did go to pick it up they made me wait because there were so many people. There was no social distancing & more than 20 people in the waiting area.

Had an appointment with Dr. Kerio today at their Rainbow location and I was very pleased with the front desk staff, the assistants and of course the doctor! I’ve been to quite a few dentists in Las Vegas and this doctor was truly caring and honestwhich is hard to find nowadays.
I’m very happy I chose this place and I would definitely recommend Dr. Kerio.

When I arrived to my appointment I found out that they do not take my insurance (although they initially approved it over the phone). There were two girls working the front desks and neither of them was really helpful. One of them told me that they do not accept my insurance but I could still receive the free consultation. She gave me a packet to fill out and took my Identification card.

On the bright side the wait to be seen was very short, and I was taken back for x-rays rather quickly. After the dental radiologist took a few x-rays of my wisdom teeth, they quickly informed that I would need to have one of these teeth extracted. At this point they transferred me into another room, and had me sitting and waiting for about 30-45 mins. When one of the nurses and a dentist finally returned they informed that I would need to shelve out $200-250 to have one tooth extracted. Somehow this whole situation rubbed me the wrong way. For one thing, they did not even do a thorough job in checking my teeth or taking the x-rays. They took an x-ray of one side my mouth which they had to retake about 3 or 4 times. Next, the nurse did not even examine my teeth to make this determination. It seems like they were just trying to make a pretty penny off of pulling one tooth. I asked if they could provide a referral to another dental office that might accept my insurance and cover this type of service. The nurse declined to offer any referrals and said that she would cut me a deal and extract the tooth for $200 instead of the initial price of $250. I got out of the dental chair so quick after hearing this. After leaving the dental office, I found out about 2-hours later that the receptionist failed to return my I.D. card. I did not receive a courtesy call from anyone to let me know that I left it. So, I took upon myself to call to make sure that they still had it in their possession. I had to double back to retrieve it at this lousy place. Overall, this is one of the worst dental clinics that I have ever visited. Going to the dentist has never been a walk in the park, but this place seems confirm my belief on this.

I went with my mom and siblings and the female nurses were completely rude to me and my siblings. After we left my little sister told me that when she was getting her x-rays, the lady would rudely tell her to bite down on the mouth piece. If she would've let me known sooner I probably would've cussed the lady out. We were there for about 3-4 hours. They would come in every 30 min. with different nurses asking us who we were. The only thing I liked was the male nurse who finally attended us who was very kind to us. Horrible dentist office.

I went to their office on Rainbow BLVD. Office was very nice and clean. Dr Kerio did the exam and cleaning. He was amazing. Didn't rush me at all and answered all my questions. I'll be going back for an extractions soon.

Sketchy business tactics. I canceled my appointment when I got there because I was told that they couldn't give me the price of dental work, not even an estimate - I only needed a cavity filling. However, apparently "the levels of the cavity" matters with price because "the deeper the cavity, the more expensive it is." So, how am I supposed to know if they won't try to overcharge me or rip me off by drilling deeper into my tooth? I'll take my chances in a drive-by before I have them touch my face. ✌ Question to Smiles Today, how does this business tactic even sound remotely legit to you? Think about it. It's not like I was searching the black-market for a tooth filling or trying to get a "hookup" on a car part. Come on guys, have some dignity!

The wait is ridiculous always more than an hour maybe two even with a appointment. The receptionist are beyond rude. I've paid in full for braces and still get crappy service. I've spoke to managers & supervisor's yet they treat you as animals here. I'll be more than happy once my treatment is finally over.

This place is terrible. We had an appointment at 12:30 pm, it is now 2:15 pm and we are still sitting in the waiting room. They always over book so they can milk the insurance as much as possible. I would give smiles less than 1 star if it were possible. Do NOT come here.

I wish this place could get no stars. I put $700 down in my orthodontic treatment. They charge me over $100 a month and do NOT deliver anything close to being great customer service ! Both front desks are rude as hell! I had an appointment for an extraction today at 10:30. I waited 2 hours before i even asked what was going on and she tells me the "back office is backed up" ! That is NOT a legitamate reason to have me waiting here in the lobby for so long ! Then she tells me theyre waiting for rooms !( also not acceptable as i was sitting in the waiting room watching people walk in ) then as i go up to the front desk to try and explain my frustration for the wait she tells me there's nothing she can do. RIDICULOUS.! Forget that money. They wont be getting a dime from me and can keep what ive already invested as i know it will be headache to try and stay there. CHOOSE ANOTHER DENTIST PLEASE !

I would rate this a zero star I went on a last appointment to get a brace removal and stupid dentist people they looked all lazy they made me wait 1 hour. When I was ready to get them removed the orthodontist came and ask me to sign something and I did they told me they would come back in 5 minutes and they took 15 minutes long and later came with some more papers to fill out why I wanted the braces removed after then I handed them the papers and took 20 minutes long f**k I don't know what is there problem and lastly the orthodontist came and asked me same questions I filled out I was pissed they wasted 1 hour me sitting to wait lazy dentist. Very unprofessional staff, the manager is rude, they don't even like their job this place should be shut down never come to this location

Very bad service! I will be contacting the Better Business bureau as well as the Health department on this facility. I put up with them for far to long. My whole family were being seen here but I am taking my services elsewhere and will be telling my friends and neighbors to do the same. Very unprofessional. There isn't even adecuate seating area in the back. I set an appointment and when we got there they said there was no appointment. The only reason we were squeezed in is the appointment card that was given backed up our appointment. I had some extractions done there and had to wait over 4 months calling back and forth waiting for them to call me back just for them to tell me the surgeon doesn't work there anymore and I would have to find somewhere else. My wait times there are always hours even though we have appointments. And this last time my daughter had a braces appointment and her mouth was sore just for us to get there and the Office is closed! This is the second time this has happened. I called the Office just to get excuses and attitude. They wanted to reschedule however I work and can not just drop everything to reschedule around them and when they feel like being open. They couldn't even be bothered to apologize for the inconvenience. They receive no stars from me.
