What a horror show. The facility is falling apart, the equipment is outdated and the staff are poorly trained in every possible way. Could have not had a worse experience.

They Stole Money, property Deeds and Vehicle Titles.
A Catholic woman who Passed away in the hospital on Malabar rd in Palm bay had before death requested that the Church Staff carry out her Final wishes and present the above mentioned articles to her son after her death at the church service.
THEY GROSSLY FAILED TO DO THIS.
The Money, property Deeds and Vehicle Titles are to this day still in their possession, WHY HAVEN'T THEY PRESENTED THE AFOREMENTIONED ARTICLES TO THE RIGHTFUL OWNER?Â
Our family and many others know this to be true.Â
Why should these individuals be exempt from prosecution? The Facts are irrefutable. These People running our Lords place of Prayer Worship and TRUST are downright DIRTY! EXODUS 20:15 KJV

Had a great experience at the ED when I had to bring my daughter in early in the AM for worsening pneumonia symptoms. The nurse and Dr were not only professional and caring, but very attentive. I wish I could remember their names but the nurse was blonde and had a tattoo behind her right ear and the Dr was maybe in his 40s with dark hair. Either way, thank you to the staff for being caring and helpful and getting me in and out of the hospital in a timely manner. You all gave excellent care thank you!
I am a nurse anesthetist. I chose to have my gallbladder out here with Dr Olinde. They took excellent care of me. I know what excellent care looks like, and this was it. My pre-op nurses, Anesthesia team, and post-nurse were kind, skillful, and attentive. Dr Olinde did a great job. A+
I am so over this hospital, they are supposed to specialize in Total Knee Replacements recovery, and they put on a good class on what they will do for the patient, but it was all smoke and mirrors. The nightmare started when I was admitted Tuesday 9/26/2017 after a Left TKR. My husband complained to the nurse that my bed and bandages were saturated with blood, and that I needed ice on my knee. 3 hours later after my husband had already been cleaning up the bed, the night nurse saw it during shift change and took care of it. My pain was not controlled at all. I was finally able to get IV pain relief, after being in tears for hours. The nurses were supposed to be getting me up and helping me walk the hallways, and they weren't. Finally on Wednesday, my PT came in and had me stand, do a few bed exercises, and then sitting in a chair with my foot on the trash can. Wednesday afternoon, brought a recliner to the room from my PT, along with a walk to the door of my room. The case manager came in to tell me that I was being discharged, even though I hadn't walked in the hallways, or even had my Foley catheter out. My day nurse was able to get permission to change my bandages, and she removed the catheter. My husband took me to the bathroom a few hours later. During the night, I asked my nurse to go to the bathroom she acted like it was an inconvenience for her to take the time and help me. She made me wait while she tried to call the CNA, and have her come. The CNA didn't answer, so the nurse did it, but honestly, when a patient has to pee, take them to pee. I did get her to take me again later in the night. My Orthopedic Surgeons PA was in Thursday morning. She was upset that the Nurses were not getting me out of bed and walking me. Finally got the nurse to walk with me, and we get outside my room, and she tells me to stay put while she goes to another patients room. When she came back to me, I told her I was going to go back to my room. I was hurting so bad. I was supposed to have ice on my knee every hour, and I would have to ask for it, and they would eventually bring it to me. I was supposed to have pain medicines on board for PT, and I had to argue with them to get medicines that would actually work. When a patient is telling you that they are a 9 out of 10, do your job and tell the doctor, and advocate for your patient to get a better dose, or different medicine. I did have a couple of good CNAs, but none of them came in hourly like they were supposed to. I was offered 1 sponge bath, and the PT is the person that brought the tub of soap, toothbrush, toothpaste etc I will NEVER go back to this hospital. My room was never cleaned the entire time I was there. The dirty laundry from Tuesday, was still in the hamper in the shower when I was discharged on Thursday.
Showed up in indescribable pain due to a back injury. Was only told that they were not there to prescribe or give out narcotics to people walking in from the street. I explained to them that I wasn't there for narcotics or any medication, I only needed to see if there was a way to get my back looked at to see if I would be okay to fly back to Texas. Again got the run around explanation of them not being a place that give out drugs for people who think they are in pain. I went through this with them for almost an hour before finally just leaving. No treatment or any evaluation (they didn't even take my temperature or check my blood pressure) but I did get billed for over $1,400! I would never go back to this hospital or any hospital that doesn't take the time to get to know a patient before they just start accusing them of being drug users. I've never had such a bad medical experience in my life.
The best hospital experience so far. Staff was very attentive and helpful. My doctor was informative and competant. Looking forward to my follow up surgery. My doctor was Dr. Brian Dunfee.
Thank you to all the staff. My father has been admitted twice in the last month, after holmes regional did nothing to find out what was wrong with him. Wuesthoff found his stage 4 cancer the first time and his bowel blockage this time. The staff has been amazing and so caring. They have listened to all of our concerns and answered all of our questions. Thank you again.
I have to say Thank you to all the staff at Wuestoff Melbourne. My father has been ill in recent months and after a visit to Holmes that was HORRIBLE, we came here. He got amazing care from the staff and you found his cancer that Holmes would not bother to look for. In the past week he again was ill and vomiting so per his oncologist we took him into Holmes ER. It was horrible for him. They sent him home and said it was normal with his chemo and cancer. So today we have brought him back to you. With in two hours you were amazing and he feels much better. Thank you with all of my heart for the care and compassion of the staff her. MY HAT IS OFF TO YOU.!!!!

Wuesthoff Hospital @ Melbourne Florida –
I have been using this hospital to treat my father for the last 2 ½ years, (FY15 thru FY17) he has had extensive stays there, after 3 Heart Attacks, Kidney Cancer, and not to mention 8 to 9 mini strokes. I wanted to take a minute and tell the staff “ Thank You “ for all that that you do down there , My father can be difficult at times when he is ill , and the staff was always professional at all times , his room was always clean , and nurses where always attentive , when possible . The Nurses, do get busy down there and take the time to return my phone calls, which helped with the stress level of an elderly parent that has hearing issues.
To be frank , he does not get that treatment at other hospitals , most of them called him a drug addict , because he is in pain management , and he was miss diagnosed at a major local hospital , Stating that he was taking too many pain killers , because he was getting lethargic and falling over . Then when I took him over to Wuesthoff, I told the Doctors I monitor his meds, and that he was not abusing his prescriptions.
That is when the Emergency Staff Doctors became pro-active, instead of labeling him, they did a series of test, and discovered he was in kidney failure, and with the results of these finding from Wuesthoff, I then took him to the VA, upon which they ordered a full MRI,, and discovered a major tumor on his kidney, he was then scheduled for surgery a week later, and they successful removed the tumor which was cancerous.
Wuesthoff SAVED his life by their pro-active treatment, the other local hospital just kept discharging him over and over for nearly 6 months, as they missed the cancer totally.
I wanted to thank Wuesthoff management and Case managers, especially “ Chuck “ the unsung heroes that helped me get him into a very good rehabilitation center called Consultant , and getting back home in good health .
Thank you Wuesthoff , “for all that you do “

Dr Billy's performed my neck surgery here. The staff was friendly professional, quick, and treated me awesome. Was very impressed with how well everything went. Very clean, and just really really nice people. I've never had care at any other facility that comes close to the way I was treated here! If I ever get scheduled for surgery again, I hope it's there! Highly recommend to anyone!
