I was recommended to Worldwide Auto by a friend when the engine on my BMW 335i blew. The repair process took longer than expected, but at no fault of anyone at Worldwide Auto.

The replacement engine was difficult to aquire and took a few tries before a proper one was found. Kurt and Shawn made sure every part of the car was running at 100% before giving me back the keys. I've had the car back for almost two months now and I couldn't be happier with the repair.

I will definitely be taking my BMW to Worldwide Auto for expert service and repairs from now on and I recommend you do the same!

We own a 2011 BMW X5d..diesel. The check engine light came on and we took it to the Dealer in Traverse City. The first thing the dealer did was damage a computer that controlled the locks/windows etc. The second thing they did was run diagnostics improperly and replaced a sensor. $488. after a few days, the check engine light came on again. Back to the dealer. Now they wanted another $1600 to replace 2 more sensors.That would be almost $2200.

We took it to Shawn at Worldwide to get a second opinion. Left the car and got a call later in the day that the car was ready. Upon our arrival, Shawn greeted us and said the car was fixed. Fixed? Not the sensors at all but a clogged line. The charge was $127. WHAT! Yup, $127.

We will never go back to the dealer. They can't fix anything, just replace parts. Shawn fixes cars like a real mechanic. 6 Stars!

I would recommend anybody to Worldwide Auto without any hesitation. I've requested a lot of upgrades to my Audi over the past 6 months and Shawn and his team have been great in taking on those jobs and advising me about complementary parts. I will certainly return there in the future.

WorldWide Auto Service is precisely the type of company that I enjoy doing business with. A local business owner with a very personable approach to the car repair market. Curt and Shawn communicate very well with the customer to meet their needs and address the repair issues. These two gentlemen have made problem solving a first priority and treat each vehicle as if it were their own. I will always take my cars to World Wide Auto and would strongly recommend them for their character and expertise in a service industry that needs more people just like them.
