  Incredible customer service. I was on a weekend vacation and my thermostat housing cracked and I was stranded on a Sunday with work looming on Monday morning in Detroit. They helped diagnose the problem, had the corect parts, and checked in during the repair process and helped. Incredible I am so thankful. Very polite and professional!

  They have what you need, if they don't they'll order it for you. Plus these guys work on their own autos, so they can tell you how to fix your car or truck

  Thirlby is the best. Knowledgeable staff, prices I can rarely beat even when shopping the Internet and parts are usually in stock or delivered the next day. My only gripe is that they are not open later on Sunday, but it is nice they give their workers that time off.

  Helpful staff. The internet is probably the only place anywhere nearby with more parts. I have yet to go in there and leave without the part I need. They could certainly update their computer, payment and receipt systems.
