Cool, laid back yet hip little hole in the wall spot. Being from Philly I honestly didn't expect much. The cheetahs were surprisingly delicious although the bread was not as good. The Chesapeake could have used now meat and a lot more grease but for being in the south I thought it was worth the trip. Definitely check it out if you are in ATL.
Great food and milkshakes, open late, staff is very friendly. Lots of outdoor seating, but indoor can get a little cramped when they get busy. Luckily the staff are great about getting people in and out as quickly as possible.
Woody's is a trip! Philly cheese in Georgia. But what a wonderful little place. This little Sugar Shack kind of restaurant is just as advertised, cheesy meaty sandwiches, fries, shakes and wooden benches. But many times the people make place and Woody's people are sweet .
Not very good cheese steaks. Not much meat or veggies and they are pretty small. Location is good for people watching but getting in and out of parking in traffic and with severe inclines may be a challenge. However, the milkshakes are amazing!
Came here after a long hot walk during PRIDE. Food was good. Their bread taste like sourdough or something. Not the best taste in the world. But still a cool little hole in the wall that's pretty cheap.
LOVE Woody's Cheesesteaks. Pictured: Mushroom Cheesesteak. You go here for the cheesesteaks and the cheesesteaks are super tasty. No fries, chips, and milkshakes.
Found its place where I searching through Google Maps for places that sell Philly cheesesteaks. This place was one of the places that had a lot of good reviews and the pictures look really nice so I decided to try it out. I absolutely loved it. The food was excellent the service was excellent and I enjoyed the atmosphere I will highly recommend this place
Great hole in the wall type spot to hit when you're by Piedmont Park. Staff is very friendly and food is good. My sister and I always stop here to grab King of Pops as well. They have a nice patio/deck area to sit at. It is a bit tight inside.
Cool very laid back atmosphere. Guy serving was nice and seemed to be enjoying the work. Food was good and decent draft beer. Great detour from the park.
Fresh and delicious! I came around 9pm on a Sunday night for the first time. There is limited parking and even more limited seating inside, but the patio is also nice if the weather is favorable. I don't think there are lights out there though.
I got a cheesesteak with salt + vinegar chips and a drink, and I thought the price was reasonable. My friend also got a shake and said it was very good. Try their sauces!
Late night gem! Not the fanciest of restaurants but close to midnight this is heaven. Juicy and cheesy heaven! Milkshakes and philly's always hits the spot. Best place to wind down the evening after show or event.
The BEST restaurant in Atlanta! Cheesesteaks at Woody's are better than cheesesteaks in Philly, hands down. A MUST-STOP when in Midtown.
Great food at a good price! Covered seating provided, but no A/C. The day I was there was breezy so it was comfortable.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! We saw the restaurant while driving and decided to stop. The parking was odd, but I can't say enough good things about it. Great staff, fun atmosphere, really reasonably priced. As someone that travels often, this is one of my favorite restaurants I've been to in a long time.
Great Philly's and atmosphere. Only reason for not 5 stars is it takes up to 30 minutes to get your good because of how popular. They need a 2nd grill v:)
