This place is always just right. Good food, friendly folks, and good service. Nice relaxed atmosphere to watch a game or enjoy some delicious BBQ.

Awful awful BBQ! The mac and cheese was brought out cold to us and even after they threw it into the microwave to warm it up, it tasted like some mac and cheese that was left in the fridge for 2 weeks and than served to us. The pulled pork was decent but also not amazing. Will never go back again!

I found Moe's BBQ today, because I was craving BBQ while at work. I Googled "BBQ Near Me" and Moe's came up, and I'm so glad I went there! I had a delicious pulled pork sandwich with mac n cheese and collard greens as my sides. The mac n cheese was so creamy and delicious. Even the sweet tea was delicious. I'll most definitely be coming back for more!

Delish!! The greens are authentic and the cornbread is sweet. The skillet corn was perfect. Moist chicken with not too much smoke. The people there are awesome.

I love the smoke wings here. They're a good size and very tasty. The atmosphere is great and enjoyable with all the different sports being shown on their TVs.

Really 4.5 stars. This place is very underrated. I wouldn't call it "best of Atlanta" as there are so many BBQ joints worth visiting and in my opinion each one does one thing better than the rest. On the other hand, Moes does everything pretty well on the meat side of things and they are consistent. Their sides are also very good and they regularly have interesting specials and their "Alabama White" sauce is excellent. I eat there all the time and the staff is always welcoming in a casual, comfortable way. If you live or work in Midtown I recommend giving them a try. If there is one problem with this place it is that parking can be difficult depending on the time of day as the dedicated lot is very small.

Been here a few times and there are a few things to be said about it.
1. The sides are way better than the meat. Not to say the meat is bad per say, but the sides are quite tasty.
2. The BBQ is decent. It's not the best I've had in the south but it's far from the worst. I'd say it's better than Sonny's BBQ and similar to Jim and Nick's in terms of the meat.
3. More of a word of caution and that's that the parking is severely limited. This isn't completely unexpected since it's downtown but it is something to keep in mind if you're meeting people here or coming in a group.response / report this review -

I've been here multiple times and I've never been disappointed. They have good sauces and tasty sides. They have a rotating sides menu that is always delicious.

Worst experience at a Moe's I've ever had. They kept suggesting for us not to get the side items even though it was the same price. Ended up only getting one side and I had to change it from my original order because they were out. There was no ice in the machine, and all my food was cold besides my bun. Service wasn't great either..

Good place to go for barbeque. Food is a tad more than I would prefer to spend on lunch, but it's worth it. Portions are a good size and I've never had a bad meal. Parking can be a pain depending on when you get there.

Went with some coworkers on a Wednesday evening. I had the fried catfish platter with mac & cheese & collard greens. I really liked the catfish & the collard greens, the flavors went well together. It was a lot of food and I didn't finish the mac & cheese. My coworker loves the corn bread, I wasn't a huge huge fan of it, but that may have been because I was too full. Overall, great food & we were able to get in & out super fast (within 30 min!) too.

The bbq is really good, but I am specifically writing this review because of the MEATLOAF. They have specials each night and the Tuesday special is smoked meatloaf, which I've never had or heard of. It is the best meatloaf I've ever had in my life! Even if you don't normally like meatloaf, try it and thank me later. Oh, everything else is good too. But if you order the smoked wings make sure to ask them for normal sized wings because some of them are big enough to be chicken legs
