Very Engrossing experience and will not come back shopping again in this place! I was around the area because I need to find a comic box storage box so I heard about the Hobbit Hole . Yesterday I called 10 minutes after noon to get a quote of the storage boxes. I asked Shelby how much is the small boxes she relied "it's $1.50" then I said how much are the large boxes then she said "it's $3.50" I was like "man that's a great price! OK Thank you! So I came over there around after 5 p.m around that evening when I went inside the store it look decent on the inside. The girl from last night approach me and said "how can I help you?" I said "Hello I was looking for a comic book storage boxes I called early today I was told you had boxes here" She showed me where the where and found out that the prices was different from what I was told over the phone. I said to the blonde girl "I was told from one of your guys that the small box was $1.50, "she was like no its 5.50 for it" I said "Oh! because I called in and someone by the name of Shelly I believe said it to me" She said "Oh! you mean Shelby I'm sorry, she must have been confused". I didn't find that to be right so I brushed it off and paid the price for the boxes because I needed new storage boxes.anyways to put away my collection.

Today I went over again to return the large that I didn't need after all. So I went over there and asked my money back but the girl said to me that she can only give me store credit back and only give me money back when the owner is aroundI thought that didn't make sense to wait for in two hours because I know my time is very important so I didn't wanted to wait. So the young girl in the counter gave me the owners number and I called him. I called the owner about what happen I said to him that they can only give me credit back the owner response was "Then why did you buy the large box to begin with?! Just the comment he said over the phone was very rude and didn't like the response and explained the details and the owners was alright with it. Glad I got my money back and return the item next day. Very rude and unprofessional! Customer Service is pretty bad Stay away from the Hobbit Hole! You're better off doing your business elsewhere with customer service that doesn't have kids not knowing what the heck they're doing! be aware because you been warn!

5 th time I have come to this store and they were closed during times posted that they were supposed to be open. My time is valuable as well. If they are going to be closed update the hours online to reflect this! Will not be back here!!!

The game selection is much better than in times past. However, if you want five stars, you have to answer the phone and return voicemail . Neat atmosphere. Very obliging staff.

Nice Joint! My son collects Pokémon and this place has them much cheaper than most big box retailer. They also host Pokémon Saturdays where you can learn "how to play" Pokémon which is nice too.

Kitschy atmosphere and lots of MTG and decent comic selection. I was greeted by employees and customers and asked what I was looking for. The items were behind a case, their labels turned away. The cashier was engrossed in a game of magic and didn't look up to assist me while I was kneeling down to peer inside. After several minutes I left and got a snarky merry christmas comment. Hope he won his game.

Can't beat the feel of an old school shop, love the place. Looking forward toTCG tournaments there to improve game skills. My little one and myself have fun with Pokemon and the people we meet there are great! Very family friendly.
