Service could be better, but really good food! Be prepared to wait in the tiny lobby to be seated, or watch for open spots at the bar. Omelettes are incredible, and highly recommend the pumpkin pancakes!

So cozy and all the food is wonderful! I feel "at home" when I get there. Staff are friendly even when super busy.

Great food and stellar service. My husband and I have been there a few times and were very pleased. Even on a Sunday morning at their busiest time we still had prompt service from our waitress and our food was delicious. She refilled my coffee many times and made sure we had everything we needed. Yes, there is a wait to get a table but that just comes with a place that is really good. It's worth the wait. I felt bad for the host who had to deal with numerous mean customers who couldn't tolerate being made to wait. Just deal with it or go somewhere else, but don't treat others with disrespect!
If you're thinking about trying the Woodinville Cafe, know that there might be a wait but it's totally worth it.

Worth the wait. Food is excellent quality and portions are huge! One plate can easily satisfy two people.

Service is quick, although it gets busy so expect to wait for a seat. And unfortunately no calling ahead, this is first come first serve. Wait staff is attentive and friendly. Hands down one of the best restaurants I've found in the area for breakfast.

I just moved to Woodinville and was looking for a good breakfast joint, so naturally I check Google and this place popped up. It was very close to where I lived, so I decided to walk.
I got to the diner and there was a group of people outside waiting for a table, so that alone is a good sign, as it shows they're popular.
I walked in and almost immediately got a seat, as the bar stools were open seating and a man was just finishing up his breakfast.
A very pretty young waitress gave me coffee and took my order (California Benedict with buttermilk pancakes). I asked if they were always this busy and she said yes, especially on weekdays for some reason.
My food came quickly and the portions are what you would expect at a classic 50's diner, very large.
The California Benedict was delicious, as were the buttermilk pancakes.
The bill was very modest, around $17 if I remember correctly.
I will be a returning customer for sure.

Nice, roomy place, with decor of old days Americana, circa 1950s, with similar music. Awesome list of variety of breakfast items, including some rare lunch choices, like the Monte Cristo sandwich. The breakfast I had was very good, classic Eggs Benedict. Prices were very reasonable, quick service. Wasn't exceptional, but very good and I'd recommend it for breakfast, although there was about 20 min wait on Sat morning.

Best breakfast place around. Ronda (I think that's her name, super nice lady who rocks some killer red hair) is sooooo nice!! We get served by her almost every time and she is the best! Very attentive and genuinely kind. One of my favorite restaurants in the area (and of all time :)). I'll die if they ever take the California Scramble off the menu, so dang good!

Always love eating here. It's well worth the wait. The food is absolutely amazing. Has a small diner feel. Don't bother if you're in a rush or dislike lots of people. This place is for people who like people.

Amazing California scramble or omelette and pumpkin pancakes. Portions are large enough to share! Even fresh brewed tea! Honestly my favorite breakfast spot!

Very expensive. Staff is nice, and the seating is comfortable. Not a lot of a parking, and a long food wait. But, it's delicious.

The service was great coffee and water were almost always full. Fast service and very friendly! The food tasted great but everything was ice cold. If it weren't for the ice cold food. Definitely 5 stars. Wait was less than 5 minutes we were initially told 10 minutes.
