Came at 7:40 on 11/29, an average Wednesday. Got an empty booth and waited until 8pm before we walked out and went to Tipsy Cow across the street. 20 minutes with absolutely zero service is inexcusable.
Have been here before and received decent service, which is the only thing making this a 2 star rating. Probably wont come back.response / report this review -

Service can be spot on or non-existent. Draft beer can occasionally taste weird. Good food.

I like Rooney’s for the convenience and the deals… Usually. Angels envy rye is served literally everywhere around them for $13 a shot… I got charged 24 per shot and the bartender didn’t tell me before hand. Bartender to bartender it’s common courtesy if it’s over $20 a shot to let somebody know. It’s not her fault entirely I think that this is severely overpriced since I’ve been to three bars in the area that have AER and they’ve only charged me 12 or $13 a shot. Will definitely have to ask for prices before I assume a common price for everywhere else.

From the outside it doesn't look like much. But it's tons of fun on the inside. Karoke, darts, and other drinking fun.

Rooney's seems to be a very fun place to hang out. We have come a couple of times and enjoyed the place. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is pretty awesome. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 was because I wasn't very impressed by our appetizers. We got the deviled eggs and the bacon tots. The tots were decent, but the deviled eggs seemed pretty bland to me. I will definitely be coming back, and when I do I will try some new food options to hopefully bring my rating up to a 5.

Staff is generally friendly and nice, and the drinks are good. They had a cider on tap, so that's always a plus for me. The food was pretty good, but I was also 3 or 4 drinks in so that's not the most reliable opinion.

I came here with friends for some drinks and dinner. The food here was just so so, nothing special. Their chicken wings suck honestly. Their live music was amazing tho. I guess that's the only thing I like about them. Unfortunately I don't want to come back here

Great pub. Better than usual food, have never been disappointed on anything I've ever eaten here. Healthy pours, great wait staff, live music some nights. Recommend!
