Went here for dinner 2 hours before they closed and they closed the kitchen 1 hour early without telling anyone because they were having a “slow night”. Didn’t bother telling the guests that were already seated at the tables so when we put in our orders, our server came back several minutes later to tell us that the “kitchen was closed early”. Not really acceptable service. Had to go to the bar to ask for anything we ordered (and things that were late and had to ask twice for it). Appetizers that were brought to our table were cold twice! When my guest asked for more chips since they weren’t able to serve anything from the kitchen, our server was very confrontational on the topic and made us super uncomfortable being here.

Food was very tasty. Service was a bit slow to start but our server was attentive. They are on open table so reservation was easy. Would visit again.

Great ambiance and location but the food leaves something to be desired. The rice was dry and the pork tacos were fatty. Chips and salsa were fine. Service was good. Not sure I'd go out of my way to return here when there are so many other Mexican options in the area.

I like Mexican food. This restaurant has very good food. Can’t say it is ultra genuine; however, it is very good, tasty, and a good value. I have tried almost every Mexican restaurant in the area and this one is one of the better ones. I usually come at least once a month. Would definitely recommend.

Incredible food, amazing drinks, musicians were fabulous and services were splendid! My friend and I came in for a 2 hour dinner conference. However, we ended up staying for 2 more hours after the conference was done!! Had a great time! Thank you for wonderful evening. Looking forward to when we get to come back again.

**DO NOT GO HERE**
This is the second time that my boyfriend and I have come to this location and we only came the second time because we got a gift card from the manager for our awful service from the first visit.
We walked in to a new table with filthy napkins, watched servers eating food from the kitchen in the middle of their shifts while serving customers, and watched them stand around talking rather than catering their tables and refilling drinks.
Sadly we have been told many times by friends of ours that they will never be returning either. One of which, occurred just the other week when they waited for over half an hour just for their order to be taken.
All in all, this is a beautiful place but horrendous when it comes to service and food. It's safe to say that none of my friends nor I will ever be returning.response / report this review -

Food was excellent! Fajitas, chips and salsa, guacamole. We had a women from Mexico in our party and she complemented the food as well. Giving it 4 stars because the manager was serving our party, and he did a wonderful job hosting us, but then he disappeared before we were finished eating and past our table off to others.

Nice place, really liked the food and drinks. Staff was friendly. It was not too busy in the early afternoon, it was a really nice day and we were able to enjoy our meal outdoors. The skinny margarita was well made, loved it. (I'm usually picky and hard to please with mixed drinks)

Beautiful location and delicious food, but the service is mediocre. Our waitress was a bit sassy and made an inappropriate comment about my weight since I had ordered a lot of food. I don't think this will stop me from returning on my next trip to Kirkland but I will seek out another Mexican restaurant first.

It was okay Mexican food and terrible 2 hour wait not sure why i even waited that long for subpar food. Then our food took, I kid you not, 90 minutes to get to our table we asked for it boxed because we were ready to walk out and the waiter threw a mini tantrum so never going back and I'm a local living down the road so bummer for them.

I've always had s great time, ask for Lacey and she will take good care of you. She is super friendly and always has great suggestions for both drinks and from the menu.
The open kitchen is a really cool attraction, the cooks are actually making the food right in front of you and it is amazing.response / report this review
